I was really struggling to understand the definition of clinical reasoning This video was so useful for my assignment
Excellent presentation. Any nursing student who wants to master clinical reasoning and to become a better nurse would be advised to read Tracy's reference books. They are invaluable and are a great asset to learning the principles of person centred care which is so important. To learn more about Clinical reasoning and the clinical reasoning cycle in more depth. I strongly recommend her textbook, CLINICAL REASONING- Learning to think like a nurse. Through Pearson education publishing, Australia. I want to make it clear that, I am a nursing student at the University of Newcastle at Ourimbah. New South Wales. Australia. I have read Tracy's reference books and I believe them to be a very good reference tool in my journey of becoming a better nurse.
