To keep the humidity at 99.9% until they have their first shed. Then they get rheir own space and lower humidity substrate and all that. Right now they need it until they finish coming out the egg. :)

I just use a damp paper towel. It work fine with shedding.. ​@jslithers

These eggs were super dry when I cut so I poured a little bit of distilled water in the egg. Which led to more water in the tub. I use damp paper towel as well sometimes just more damp then other lol never had an issue with it lol

I checked the history on the govee that was in the tub and it didn't fluctuate much and didn't get over 89 so idk

No.i was considering it the sensor just always reads 99.9% humidity so I didn't worry much about it and most the clutches haven't had issues just 1 last year and that same girl had an issue this year lol assuming she is no good to breed. I do have press and seal maybe I'll start popping it on and see

I mostly just need a powerhouse banana male for my collection, you can have first pick after I cut them , I get 2nd pick, you get 3rd an so on

@@jslithers well my profile was my first clutch from back in April but she literally laid every egg upside down except from one and that one just didn’t make it and I didn’t pull the clutch in time we had 1 make it to full turm and cut at day 67 and that baby had died but I have a female on day 13 after pre led shed and I’m excited paring is spider pied x Mojave ghi het pied
