Happy New Year! 🎉 I hope you had a lovely Christmas and that 2025 will be a blessed year for you and yours! I enjoy watching your Sketchbox videos even if I’m not subscribed to them. It’s great that you actually use the contents of the box right away to check everything out. The three primary colors on that wooden tray are lovely and vibrant and so fun to mix into a gozillion shades of color. I had a lot of fun a few years ago checking out a small set of Daniel Smith watercolors that had 3 warm and 3 cool sets of primary colors… My focus for 2025 is going to be watercolor and adding ink accents & details to it.. and… going back to some mixed media art journaling. Going to set aside or at least not get fixated on the YCS and other collage elements although… I’ve purchased all of Marta’s (Maremi Small Art) delightful collage books (through amazon) that will become focal points to many an art journal layout… I want to use my PaperArtsy Fresco paints and Alison Bomber stamp sets… hoping for a fun, creative year! Your bird is so pretty. I have mentioned before, I'm not an artist, just a crafter...but it seems those colors were VERY vibrant, but so pretty. As always, lovely art work

I had fun with these, but I think they act more like dyes than pigments. They remind me very much of the Ph Martin's Radiant Liquid watercolor. When you mix them, they separate right back out again. And colors like the grape change color drastically on the page from brown to plum. Sketchy sketchbox, but I still had fun.

I really enjoy watching your unboxing, thank you for doing it ❤❤I bought this box sight unseen because it’s been a while since I purchased from them. This box is not really my cup of tea, but I’m sure I’ll get some use from it anyway. I am glad however that they are improving their rubber stamps because almost all of the ones I have from previous kits are unusable, they do not cling to my acrylic blocks at all and I’ve had to use removable adhesive if I want to stamp with them.

I bought the lacey frames packet from Temu. They were under a dollar, and I was sorry I bought them. They just looked so blah. The continuing alphabet stickers are perplexing. They must be cheap to keep printing out. I read that this company is for sale. Anyone else hear that? I love your videos and your personality ❤

I love the rubber stamps in this box! I don't like all the typos that the items have in these boxes, I see them often. I'm sure they come from China. If I were the curator of these boxes, I don't think I would continue to purchase from the same companies. Quality seems to be going down with all the stamp, alphabet sticker, and spelling problems, plus paper changes. Just my thoughts. I love your thoughts and ideas though, always fun to watch, thank you.

Hello! This was a fun and interesting video… I enjoyed seeing the items that made your Top 10 and honorable mention… I’ll have to rewatch it again to make some notations of future items. Some things, like the FC Polychromos I already have (full set) but most of the other things, I don’t… I’m always looking for a good fine liner so I’ll have to check those out. I LOVED your cactus - adorable… Joggles carries some of the H brand (bookmarks) in other sizes although I haven’t checked it out yet as it’s pretty pricey… Thanks for sharing your favorites… have a great day!!! 🙂

I received some Daniel smith watercolours in an advent swap I have done and this is the first time I have owned any of his supplies so I’m looking forward to using them. I don’t think you can get the sketch box in the UK. I only knew about it from watching your channel. Have a lovely Christmas and a happy New year x

Just a thought but maybe you could lightly dust the sticky rub ones with the pre-embossing powder. I know it gets rid of the really sticky tape that holds the new dies on their packaging card

When I was a child they were in stores . They were called fuzziness. They had toes on their feet and antennas. I loved them

I enjoyed watching you mix colors. I also watched Denise Love open this same box. She put a puddle of watercolor into the plastic mixing thing and then mixed the graphite powder into the 3 different watercolor puddles. She likes to tone down bright colors. Anyway something different to try. Doing your own mix will give you more color than the Kuratake Graphite set.

Hello! I love that at this point I almost know what you’re going to say, especially on some of the packaging items. My border stamp is defective - in addition to it not liking to be on the foam, the red rubber is cut is 3 or 4 places so I’m sure it won’t stamp cleanly although I haven’t checked it yet. I LOVE the other wooden stamp. I had a hard time coming up with a theme but settled on “autumn wildflowers” although the overall content has a lot of pink. I love the papers… I don’t understand the tiny ephemera but haven’t tried to use it yet. I will get December’s box then I will take a break as I keep getting further and further behind on the boxes (still haven’t finished April’s pages). I always enjoy your unboxing and your other videos when time allows to watch. I’ll look forward to seeing your notebook journal that you showed a sneak peak of. thank you for showing us the Nov. box. I no longer subscribe to these boxes because I have so many. So much of it seems basically the same. The wooden stamp was nice. Tagore was a very famous man from India. I look forward to your other videos.
