After using the farpoint 40 now, what are your thoughts? I am considering switching to it from a wheel carry-on and personal daypack that I use as a personal item. I carry a 14 inch MacBook Pro with me for travel and am worried that doing just one bag will put me overweight in south east Asia and that airlines will force me to check my bag with electronics.

I live in Rayong, and this is the worst overview of a place I have ever seen. Except from the beach in the opening, you missed everything about Rayong.

If you walk more far and ckeck opposite street.on corner shop change rate now 43 lira for 1pound..just about 300-400 meters. Bim and Migros shopping centre very good prices. And yes avoid beach shop/restaurants

Things are closed due to lack of demand. The prices you quoted for food etc are much higher in the summer. Winter is a cheaper time to visit.

Hi, did you manage/try to get this as a personal bag on any flights? I have a old bagpack that looks like a business bagpack and it has dimensions of 55/35/25 when fully loaded and I never had any problems using it as a personal bag (no paying anything extra for weight or carry on).
