In the show it's very confusing. They want you to choose the Blacks, but in the books there's no way to choose between such good characters and well developed teams, none of them are good or bad over the other.

Also fyi Rhaeneyra is never listed on the list of monarchs, she was the usurper you pomp about. And also his grace King Aegon II won finally feeding the whore queen to his loyal dragon who flew to dragonstone fought cannibal and that idiot baella and still served his grace further by gnawing on the bones of the whore queen Rhaeneyra his half sister. His grace parished only because Aegon III was more pliable, his council decided to poison him for peace in the realm.

A weak king who lets his firstborn make a public mockery of the crown and throne just because he feels guilty about splitting open his first wife and persecutes any who rightfully points that out leaves no meaning or credibility in his words. Viserys doomed his house and his realm with sheer lack of spine. Hell he was too busy building his model to even parent 80% of his kids, leaving his ill-equipped child bride to solo carry that. King Viserys I damaged the Targaryen legacy more than Maegor, Aegon IV and Aerys II combined. Thankfully the second Viserys was nothing like him. Rhaenys being crowned instead would’ve been a far better outcome than Viserys the weak. If you’re purely following the show, I kinda get why you’d be TB and support Viserys’ words since Condal and Hess openly declared their intention to throw away most of the book content and are practically replacing it with how they wanted things to go but in F&B Team Green has a far stronger leg to stand on and Aegon himself is far better and more competent. In fact in the books Aemond was the unpredictable loose cannon while Aegon was more of a planner.
