Based on my research, the "dividends" are paid quarterly. It's a partial dividend, while the rest of the returns remain vested. From what I see, each property is presented as it's own standalone investment vehicle, so I'm not sure if you can roll your investment over automatically into another property, but I'm sure they have a system in place to manually do it. I'm currently doing my due diligence on them. I'm considering a $700k investment to use as supplemental income to my business. From the prospectus I've read that they provide to investors; they are very thorough compared to other companies I've looked into. I'm struggling to find the "red flags". The only thing I see is a negative, is that once you invest, you won't see a return until the property is completed and units are being rented. Most often a year or so it appears. The biggest caveat, is that you MUST be an accredited investor, meaning that you have a net worth of at least $1m (not including your primary residence), and an annual income of $200k ($300k household). That's the hurdle most people don't meet.
