It’s a hornandy critical duty hallow point it should run just fine but that might be it
1911 feed ramp and wondering why it’s got problems.

You know in reality a gx4 or px9 will out perform a stocatto
The tolerances on the staccato cs are different, it will not run sig vcrown ammo either due to it being a few mm shorter then standard 9mm. They fail to mention this on their website.
This is true I was about to say it was the ammo happened to me a couple of time the round would get stuck in the barrel as well. I will never run this ammo.

@chavez85g so does it have problems running any hollow point ammo, or just a few specific rounds ?
@ I only had an issue with the sig ammo. I’ve run federal, gold dot, civil defense, underwood. No issues with anything else so far. But I do wish they would publish an ammo list of what not to use. It’s kinda sad but my staccato as of right now is my least reliable pistol.

Most 38 supers wind up on Gun Broker for people who are involved in sport. I've seen Colt Government 38 super in my local gun store recently but it's no choice
They’re aren’t bad guns in my opinion but they’re expensive to maintain (Ammo wise)

The extra length on the 19 is only being used to compensate. Where in the 49 that length is being used for a small amount of velocity and spin due to the rifling.
