EVGA 3090 I9 10900K 126GB Ram 3600mhz 512gb NVME. DBSZ in 1080p It drops below 20 FPS in the city stage, accessing main menu, attacks with multiple ki blast spreading. Flags horribly. Any ideas why?

I'm playing the game with RT full but medium settings except for the textures related ones. Getting around 40 to 50 FPS in most demanding places. Then using Lossless Scaling with x3, performance and 30 for resolution scaling. Yes I'm getting some input lag but for this slow game it's passable. Getting around 120 to 144 FPS which is good for a 3090

Guys, I have ~70 fps in graphics mode realistic, RT medium, dlss ultra performance, FG on. I didn’t had any problem. So you still can play in video game on this “piece of shit” :)

I just replayed this and it made me cry just like when I played it for the first time. Something about this game is just... different. It's, maybe authentic? The story telling is so good and the gameplay is really fun!

Dude, how do you not include native numbers? you need a native baseline with all this upscaling garbage turned off to get a real sense of the performance before start inserting upscaling.
