The funniest thing is that his name isn't even "Scraptrap." To avoid legal troubles, he's listed as "Green Guy Animatronic" on the website, which is pretty funny but not uncommon. Several unofficial toy companies overseas that make high-quality Transformer toys aimed at collectors aren't allowed to call the characters by the trademarked names of Hasbro. An example being the company Toyworld naming their Optimus Prime figure "Freedom Leader". That being said, I hope this means that the rest of the Xsmart/Scrapturtle plushies might see the light of day since their Nightmare Animatronic prototypes looked so promising.
