    at this age i dont worry too much about rhe future anyway. im living with my daughter as long as she is with me i feel fine she becomes my strength.but what worries me is that what happened when people couldn't stop bothering me as if i dont have any choice but to choose a partner. by this im counting the advantages and disadvantages in case i choose in having one in the future!. first of all the discomforts of having rules to and follow and obey..

    My friend has just bought a new house to share with her children/ grandchildren as her husband has dementia and she has cancer. I truly fear for her, that she will become babysitter number one , cleaner, cook and bottle washer etc etc. She has enough to contend with looking after herself and her husband.

    • @HealthAndTips289
      @HealthAndTips289 11 днів тому

      Thank you for sharing. Your friend's situation is indeed very challenging, and your concerns are completely valid. Moving into a new home with her children and grandchildren might provide her with more support, but it also risks adding more responsibilities to her plate. If possible, you should encourage her to have an open conversation with her family members about sharing responsibilities. It's crucial that she has time to rest and take care of her own health. You can also support her by regularly checking in, listening to her, and even suggesting external help, such as home care services or support organizations for patients and caregivers. Your care and support mean a lot. Please continue to stay by her side and encourage her!

    At 73 I approve your message with the caveat that folks work tirelessly throughout their young lives turning their multiple life dreams into memories by scheduling youthful tasks first, like education and fitness. Work hard and Play hard, then strive for a no-drama no-stress no-regrets retirement.

      Thank you for sharing such a meaningful and inspiring message. It’s true that life is a long journey where we continuously work and strive, especially during our younger years, to build a strong foundation for the future. Balancing hard work with enjoying life, along with consciously preparing for old age, is indeed the key to a fulfilling life. As you mentioned, if we make the most of our youth by prioritizing core values like education and health, our later years can be a time of peace, with fewer regrets and greater joy. I hope this message serves as an inspiration for many young people to reflect and take action!

    My daughter was wise for her years, st age 20 she preferred solitude. She found a boyfriend who travels all the time. I used to worry but now I am like her. I don’t want to waste anymore of my life with people who aren’t human.

    I have always been like that, and I don't call it solitude, neither is it loneliness. It is healthy aloneness, I enjoy my own company, my inner life and the silence. When I am with people, i enjoy it too, but I prefer aloneness.

    This was quite helpful and much appreciated.. we prefer to be called elders .. not “the elderly” … we are older.. not dead.. communication is key.. Love .. like life after death.. is eternal.. balance between partners is vital.. Also helps to remember that death is only a comma.. not a period 💜💙🕊️ Thank you so much💜💙🕊️ William and Jen

    Some of the video reinforced what I have been doing already and why it's important. Diet/Nutrient, physical activities/ exercises, sufficient sleep (8hrs) and controlling levels of stress. Why having your own place to live in and be able to have the monetary funds to maintain it. Also being friendly with your neighbours is important.

    My take away from this is to learn to forgive others and to forgive yourself . We all make mistakes in our live's and they should be learning moments for ourselves. Always move forward in your life and cherish precious moments.
