Best Budget Mic For Streaming UNDER $100 (and Podcasting!) | Feelworld PM1
The Feelworld PM1 Dynamic USB Microphone is priced under $60 - for that price you are getting sound quality that might be better than the Shure SM7B, the "gold standard" for clean vocals while streaming and podcasting.
I purchased this microphone on my own and this video is not sponsored by or affiliated with the Feelworld brand.

The BEST Budget Monitor for Videographers | DC-550 Pro
Переглядів 99414 днів тому
The Viltrox DC-550 Pro has been reviewed as one of the best 'bang-for-buck' monitors on the market. It can de-squeeze anamorphic footage, has multiple tools for checking exposure and framing, can be powered by USB-C, and even has an HDMI loop output for wireless transmission. Is this monitor the right one for you? We'll find out by the end of this video! I purchased this monitor on my own and t...

love the video
Thank you! I’ve got another monitor coming in soon that I’m excited to share about too!
Hello, I have a question. I just bought one of these, and when I set it to 4K 60fps, the monitor stops working. Do you know what I can do about this? Best regards, and thank you in advance for your response.
@@enriqueavila3516 The specs for the monitor list 4k30 as the highest input resolution. Some people have had good luck getting 4k60, but it’s not officially supported. Since the screen is only 1080p - I run my HDMI output of my A7IV at 1080p and have zero issues (:
A couple things I wanted to comment on: great hook, nice pacing, great script work, solid discussion on the mic and the features that users would be watching your video to find out, I found absolutely nothing that would mark this video as one that would make me think this is a new creator. You got the legs to go far!
Honestly I like the Feelworld's sound better... maybe it's just the EQ curve of the SM7B but that one sounded "muddy" to me. Great video! Keep it up and you'll quickly start to achieve success!
Hey thanks! I appreciate the kinds words! For someone who wants a 'processed' sound right out of the box, the PM1 has that 'hyped' sound that most people try to get with the SM7B - but the Feelworld is already partway there. The SM7B definitely has more 'mud' or low-mids, whereas the PM1 has more top-end presence, but the top-end is more aggressive and the mic has a higher noise floor overall than the SM7B. For the person who doesn't have a ton of audio experience, the PM1 is an awesome choice!
I have a $10.5 condenser mic. Works fine. Audio editing and processing is where all the difference lie bro. Mic does not matter too much. It does but not too much.
@@cLotusRed to some extent I agree - In this context (streaming/podcasting), once you start moving above the $100 mark for XLR mics, you really have to justify it by having a higher quality signal chain all around. Unless it’s part of your job, thats really not justifiable when $60 (or less now for Black Friday) gets you a clear, full, articulate sound.
I'd exclusively use it for filming tiktoks of my dog.
Let me know when you wanna try it out lol
This guy gets it
What do you think of this microphone? Would you use it for livestreaming or podcasting? For voiceovers or UA-cam?

“2 Views in 8 minutes? Bro fell off…”
Love the POV shots
Thanks! I felt like it was a pretty good idea haha, glad it was well received!
You set up the Rode wrong. You can't go outside because of the wind. buy a dead cat WS12 Your camera rip proves you are a new UA-camr
Thanks for the insight - but the WS12 reduces high end frequency response slightly, so it’s not needed in any of the work I do indoors - like how this video was shot.
Instructions unclear I built a nuclear fusion out of my iphone

So would you suggest the A7 over a used Canon Rebel? Cause i had the rebel in high school / college and taught myself photography in a similar way and really wanna go back to doing it
Today I would probably recommend the A7ii as a full-frame entry level option on a budget. There was one big change between the A7 and A7ii - stabilization. The sensor in the ii is stabilized, allowing for better handheld shots in low-light or slower shutter speed shots. Either way, those cameras are almost 10 years old now and for the same price or less you could find a secondhand Sony A6100 - it’s a crop sensor camera like your Rebel was, so it would be smaller, lighter, and allow you to get into more budget friendly lenses from third party companies like Tamron, Sigma, Viltrox, etc.
Maybe not a popular take but my Sony Disc camera from ‘84 slays all these cameras. I just can’t find a FotoMat to develop anything anymore.
lol I bet you listen to music from 1984 too, but your cassette player has a broken playback head. Too bad RadioShack is also out of business lol
@@Nathan_Lundstrom it’s like you know me! 🤯 LOL
A7 IV is my first camera.. This thing is fire!!
While not the most affordable first camera option from Sony lol, it’s one of the best value options imo
I cant w8 for Sony a7V 😊😊😊
The A7V will be another great camera!
