11. How I'm Beating Throat Cancer Treatments
The throat cancer was removed thru surgery, it's the treatments after that cause most damage with this type of cancer. This is how I'm dominating it.

@@tammielarrison3455 no.
Is there a video for putting a date on a single gravestone already on the plot? My mother and fathers' stone was complete except for her death date.
I like the way he cut those strips. Nice technique.
Not as nice as hand carved
Very interesting process. How is the letter depth controlled in sand blasting, so all are the same?
@@garry1214 good question. Depth is controlled by the amount of passes the nozzle makes over that area. For the video time, I edited out about 5 passes both up and down. Normal 1" letters require that depending on the hardness of the stone. Last names being 1.5" to 2" tall require at least another 2 to 3 passes. Thanks for the question and thanks for watching!
Absolutely fascinating. It's a business that as population increases, has a 100% guarantee of growth year after year. If anyone is looking into getting into a business, something to do with burials Is the way to go
Couldn't agree more. Thanks for watching!
Lots of unnecessary headaches in this business caused by greed
@CTuna-uo3pq specify that the greed isn't from the monument companies, it's directly from the funeral homes. At least from my experience
@@night_al Exactly. When the funeral home says why don’t you show your loved one how much you care by getting the $1500 flower arrangement instead of the $500 one or upgrading the casket to the more luxurious one etc. Gentlemen like Mr. Flores are just doing a job either handed to them from the funeral home (where the funeral home once again is up charging or they are asked directly by the customer for a headstone) .They are not the ones directly milking the emotionally vulnerable family of the deceased on multiple upsells.
Kinda seems like a dead end job.
The job that never ends. (Movie idea: 'The last engraver.')
The career that never ends but you will I always wanted to work in the funeral business
Thank you Harold

There is a friend I knew things didn't look good for him but all he say about drugs and bullcrap now Marijuana, tell his kid that died and tell his wife died , you got no clue what's going on even satanic cults he stay away from or kill them . Words never forget . Born on the date of 6 , and during the 6 days of being sick and age of 6 that his child dies . Say it to his child grave , what you did you never forget what to a guy that I used to know. Just cuase that is the only child he had and his wife that lost .
To me it still doesn’t answer how the letters are cut out of the stone! Does it happen when the auto sandblast goes back and forth?

What happened to the old hammer and chisel method?!? This is laziness personified.
@@ojsefg you must think that using a tractor to harvest wheat is lazy as well. But I bet you have your choice of bread every time you go to your local grocery store. It's supply and demand. I wonder they cost so much. I wonder why they just don’t have a diamond tipped engraver to cut out the letters.
What is the stencil material made of that resists sand blasting? Is the inlay paint special to resist long term exposure?
The stencil was rubber with an adhesive backing. And yes, the paint is specifically designed for monuments and very long lasting

I have never seen such pointless work, covering the stone five times in the same way for nothing. You can only work that complicated in America, but you don't have any apprenticeships, anyone can do anything even if they can't do anything, the main thing is that it's expensive 🤦🤦♂️🤦♀️
