Nice smoker. It's just me and my OCD, but that rack with the screen running opposite the others would drive me crazy.
is that a water pan on the bottom? do you use it?

Wonderful looking smoker! That’s so far out of this retired guy’s budget, it’s like science fiction. But as long as we are dreaming, I wonder what it would cost to make all exterior surfaces from food grade stainless?

But it's a bad arse smoker.... Assassin is on the top few on my list to purchase..Still trying to decide.
How is the temp throughout the cooker? Does it vary from top to bottom alot? Or front to back?
Are you satisfied with this smoker? Great review... Pros and Cons?
Did you have to cut your rear mudflap to make room for the exhaust?
So, how do you like it? I am debating on this or a Stumps. Leaning heavily on the Assassin. Like to hear your thoughts.
