B18c Type R Ek hatch vs Mustang GT (New Gears) vs 240sx 12psi vs BMW 335i (Not stock) started alil behind. was at the very top of 2nd gear (7k) - high 5th gear (7k) stopped when speedo was getting close to 140mph. we both got off throttle for a second before proceeding in 5th. The mustang was much closer with the gearing change than the previous weeks run.

The mini was already ahead of it and still got walked it had an advantage and the si did a 4th gear pull which isn’t a good starting point should’ve raced from 60 and guarantee the si walks the mini

Nothing in my high fuel table is anywhere remotely close to 4000. Highest is 1098 and thats at 8900 rpm which is not going to be operated there. What do these numbers mean theres 800, 926 theres no way thats Air fuel ratio so what do these numbers mean??????

When I open my graph I don't have fuel high or low, and I don't have the cam angles or anything

Got told just have to splice b16 loom dash loom deosnt need to be touched and should bolt straight in (for ek4 civic)
So if I got bigger injectors and worked out how much bigger they were than my old injectors as a percentage, could I get away with just reducing the entire fuel output across the board by the difference in size percentage to give me the same performance as with my smaller injectors? For example if my fuel injectors were 25% larger, could I just reduce total fuel output by 25% to get my pre-upgrade performance as a baseline to tune from?
do your cam angles refer to the amount of advance in ignition timing? ex. cam angle of 40, you are at 40 degrees in ignition timing? or am I way off?
No cam angles is the actual angle the intake cam is advancing...cam angle and ignition timing is different
What's does the numbers in the fuel table signify? It's says 3256 but what is that number?

Awsome video. I have a question so I hook up the laptop yesterday to my ek k20 swap. Its go the basic stuff. But on the display of the hondata said i was running 25.7 af ratio. Then I took out the plugs that were black. Any idea what it could be

From a 1/4 mile you can go 300hp in a civic and lose to a mini cooper s 2008 + with a stage 2 plus tune that cost no more than 800 and yes stock motor will match a fully built type r pushing 260 witch honda will cost more . mini will need 300 intercooler and 2.5 down pipe and a big filter plus the tune. You only loose on the purchase of the car but it is faster
I mean, sure, but straight line performance is only one factor. 230whp out of a naturally aspirated 2.0L i4 pulling all the way to 8600rpm (9000+ with a $200 oil pump upgrade) is a lot of fun, a completely different powerband than the Mini's turbo 1.6L i4. Then if you ever decide to throw boost at the Civic Si, the K20Z3 engine is known to easily withstand 400whp+ on a stock block. There's a reason why "K-swapping" is common, they've become the Chevy LS of inline fours. 300whp all motor builds, 450whp supercharged, 600+whp turbo are all quite common. They aren't as cheap to build as a turbo Mini since they don't come with forced induction from the factory, but at the end of the day the K-series is simply a more well engineered engine platform.
Have you played with K tuner? You should do a tutorial on that. Adjusting the fuel maps. I can send you my logs and stuff if you need something

@@B16a2Hatchy do we have a mods list for the Cooper or is this just an assumption? You have other comments in this forum where (you) clearly state that you (don't know) if it's stock or not. From the apparent speed you starting to the apparent speeds you reached they would both appear to be stock or very close to it.
Still Available its an assumption since ive beaten and kept up with way faster cars than a stock mini s. Not to mention this wasnt a race it was a chase and pass. If we both started equally i would have left him way sooner. I was car lengths behind the dude then caught him and passed him.

What about adding air on idle. Cuz I have a ported rbc and a bigger throttle and I think I need more air on idle.
Kevin Iglesias well theres your first problem. Do you think or do you know? And if so how? But idle is closed loop. The ecu is adjusting on its own at idle and light throttle loads based of off the o2 sensor. So you can adjust idle fueling but your car should be idling just fine unless you are running a maf based tune

DBLOCK OFFICIEL what? You need a dyno to see a dyno graph. These graphs in this video are not dyno graphs they are graphs of the various engine parameters. This is hondata flashpro which yes plugs into the obd2 slot

DBLOCK OFFICIEL lol what are you asking? Every setup is different. 5% on 400cc injectors isnt the same as 5% on 1000cc injectors. So saying broadly will 5% damage my engine. Well adding fuel more than likely not unless it was so rich you were washing off the cylinder walls of oil. Running too lean will definitely damage your engine under the right conditions. But asking that broad of a question is almost a stupid question if you really think about it. But yes you can add or subtract what ever percent of fuel you want at any rpm you want. Thats why its setup as a table with an x and y axis. every engine and fuel setup is different.
