I just saw this. This was my first job selling lots over the phone on Rose Marie Drive. My name is Linda Marshall. Several of the kids in school, Oxon Hill Senior High, in Oxon Hill, Maryland, were interviewed and Debbie Rizzo and I and were hired. We would go to this man’s house and we were given a phone book and a map with the lot numbers posted on the wall in front of us. We would call, do our presentation, and I will never forget how many people would cuss me out or call me a peach peddler and hang up. We were successful occasionally. Now I wish I had the money to purchase one of those lots. Fond memories!!! I would love to know how many people we sold lots to, as I am sure they were glad they made the purchase. I will be 70 years old this year.

This is great. Our family had a house on Windjammer. Baught it about 1970. Spent 2 summers in campground. Humphries is the name.

I agree with Amy Peck that these meetings are supposed to be in support of the community, yet all meetings are held when the majority of the community cannot attend. This needs to change. I'm sure the majority of the community would agree with this.

There is case law that says Rick Farr is an homeowner in Ocean Pines So he is qualified to run for the OPA Board.
