    do not ever microwave water in glass without the stick I REPEAT DO NOT EVER MICROWAVE WATER WITHOUT THE WOODEN STICK. Unless you want a loud KABOOOOOOOOOM

      I've done jars with 1/4 filled jars in microwave for over 30 years, never put a stick inside not sure why she's done that, I do 4 jars at a time as each one comes to a boil I take them out with clean kitchen towels, lids I boil in a pan on hob, just never leave jars to boil on their own. My jams last 5 years..

    Usually i like just using the curry blocks they sell (ie Golden Curry) and I'm p sure they are vegan!

      @@Veg_Sabbath they are very convenient! Just add water + the roux blocks for the curry to be made :) some people add coconut milk as well which makes it extra rich and creamy! Perfect for a lazy night dinner :) Tasty and comforting :)

    🔥 INGREDIENTS: 🌿 2 tsp of toasted pumpkin seeds (simply toast them in a dry pan until they will start to pop) 🌿 1 garlic clove, crushed 🌿 1 tsp of harissa paste 🌿 2 tbsp of lemon juice 🌿 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil (+1 tbsp to garnish) 🌿 2 tbsp of chopped parsley 🌿 mixed vegetables of your choice (I used carrots) peeled and cut into sticks (to dip)

    🔥 INGREDIENTS (for 1 loaf): 🌿 280gr (2cups) of wholemeal flour 🌿 200gr (1cup) of brown sugar) 🌿 1.5 of tsp of baking powder 🌿 half a tap of fine salt 🌿 1 tsp of ground cinnamon 🌿 Half a tsp each of ground nutmeg, pumpkin spice, cloves 🌿 165gr (2/3 of a cup) of pumpkin purée 🌿 3 tbsp of maple syrup 🌿 2 tbsp of water 🌿 120ml (half a cup) of melted coconut oil 🌿 60gr (half a cup) of chopped walnuts 🌿 90gr (half a cup) of dark chocolate chips 🌿 105gr (3/4 of a cup) of pumpkin seeds 🌿 A pink of salt

    INGREDIENTS and HOW TO (for about 10 thick sausages) 🌭 175gr of Moong beans, soaked overnight in water 🌭 135 gr of oats, grinded to a powder 🌭 85 gr of quinoa, grinded to a powder 🌭 80 gr of chickpea flour 🌭 20 gr of nutritional yeast 🌭 1,5 tbsp of tomato purè 🌭 1,5 tbsp of oil (rapeseed oil will do) 🌭 4 tbsp of harissa paste (avoid if you do not want them spicy) 🌭 half a tsp each of ground cumin, ground coriander and ground black pepper 🌭 1,5 tsp of fine salt 🌭 1 tsp of garlic powder 🌭 1 tsp of smoked paprika + baking parchment 🔥 bring the soaked beans to a boil in water, boil 5 minutes and then simmer for 45 minutes 🔥 mix all the other ingredients into a big bowl 🔥 once the beans are ready, keep about 20ml of their cooking liquid and then drain them, rinse them and allow them to drain well 🔥 then process in a blender with the 20ml of their liquid until you will get a paste 🔥 add the paste to the big bowl and mix, first with a spoon, then with your hands 🔥 leave the mix to rest 30 minutes 🔥 cut the baking parchment to fit a normal size sausage inside 🔥 spoon 3 tbsp of the mix inside each piece of baking parchment and shape it into a sausage 🔥 close both sides, twisting them 🔥 steam them 20 minutes and then allow them to cool down before removing the parchment 🔥 ready to eat!

    INGREDIENTS (FOR 1) 🎃 ☕ - 2 tbsp of maple syrup - 2 tbsp of pumpkin puree - 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice -1/2 cup unsweetened vegan milk (I used This is not Milk from Alpro, my absolute fav - a pinch of salt - half a tap of vanilla extract - 2 shots of espresso (or 1/2 cup of strong coffee of your choice) - optional: vegan whipped cream (I did not use it as mine was very rich already as it was)

    - 5 tbsp of granulated sugar - 3 tbsp of lemon juice - half a tap each of ground ginger and ground cinnamon - 2 tbsp of maple syrup 🔥 mix all the ingredients in a small pan over a low-medium heat until brownish (mix all the time) 🔥 drop a drop of the mixture in cold water. If it goes hard, the mix is ready to be transferred into silicon moulds 🔥 Transfer it to silicon moulds and allow to harden (about 15 minutes)

    🔥 INGREDIENTS (for 4 people): - 200 gr of Linguine - 200 gr of frozen peas (to add to the cooking pasta in the last 3 mins of cooking) - 1 little gem salad, the sad one that you couldn't remember you had at the back of the fridge and now it looks, well, sad af - 1 large garlic clove - 15 gr of chopped parsley - 15 gr of basil leaves - 30 gr of Vegan grated parmesan (mix 200 gr of cashew nuts, 20 gr of nooch and 1 tsp and process. You can use the rest for other recipes with pasta. And you can thank me later) - juice of one lemon - extra virgin olive oil - more Vegan grated parmesan to top
