Yukon Forge is a family-owned business in Northern Colorado. With over 25 years of experience in forging and metal manufacturing. We specialize in blacksmithing, metal manufacturing, and bladesmithing. We create custom knives, farrier tools, custom parts, signs and metal art. Blending hand craftsmanship with precision tools and years of experience we make one of a kind pieces!
John McNerney has been working with metal since 1997 when he entered farrier school at CSU. Through the years, John has branched out in many forms of metal work and has incorporated these skills into the business.
In 2019, John was a contestant and champion in the popular Forged In Fire bladesmithing reality tv show. Again in 2020, John returned to Forged in Fire- Beat the Judges episode.
Today, Yukon Forge is dedicated to using our experience and skills to develop world class products for our clients.

Great video of the boys solving the problem of changing the propane bottle when it runs out. Great tool for every blacksmith and farrier for your DYI blacksmith projects. Every blacksmith workshop should have a propane nut in their shop. This is a great tool for knife making, ironwork, forging, and horseshoe making.
