The flag is facing the right way, stars facing the drivers side of a LHD Charger. Its not a widely know thing and usually only correct by accident. But I think an Australia Valiant General Lee probably should have the stars facing its RHD drivers side. That would probably be the most 'correct' way if you really wanted to be a stickler.
