Ho visto il video della osteotomia sagittale , le viti vengono avvitate dall'esterno della guancia in direzione latero mediale. Ho fatto l'Intervento nel 2008 , Se volessi ora andare a togliere una di queste viti che mi ha sfondato la gengiva e la punta è nel cavo orale, va tolta sempre esternamente alla guancia o dall'interno della bocca? ho avuto pareri discordi... In ultima analisi stanno pensando di consumare o tagliare la vite dall'interno, la sola parte che sporge perché troppo in fondo al cavo orale con poca possibilità di manovra, che ne pensa? Grazie se risponderà
@@raf1745 ad oggi metto e tolgo le viti da dentro la bocca con trapano a 90 gradi. Una vita così lunga che sta lì dal 2008 non sarà facile da togliere
@@dott.valerioramieri-chirur3702 è una vite di 1cm da quel che risulta alla TC cone bean ... Più tempo passa più è difficile toglierla? La testa sarà ricoperta di osso? Purtroppo questa tac non si riesce più ad aprire e dovrei rifarla...

Doc il problema é che io ho una seconda classe con terzo inferiore non sviluppato verticalmente, ma allo stesso tempo ho una maxilla retrusa tipica della terza classe. Che fare in questi casi, perché chiaramente il bimax risolverebbe solo il terzo inferiore e non la midface.
Si potrebbe ipotizzare un avanzamento mascellare

Great job, Dr.! The counterclockwise rotation with the advancement I believe will really help with the breathing… And it looks really nice aesthetically! I need to get this done again… had this done 35 years ago… But it wasn’t brought out enough or rotated clockwise and I’m still having problems with sleep apnea. I quit breathing 18 times an hour and cannot use a CPAP machine. I pray I can get this operation again. Hopefully, they will pay for it. Time is running out. I am afraid, because I am 59 1/2 years old.
