A bit of trivia; the two earliest alien encounters we know of in the lore are Decapodian. The anchovy episode reveals Zoidberg's people came and ate all the anchovies in the 2200s, and far as I know that's the earliest we know any alien met humanity. Other than Zoidberg in Roswell Nibbler doesn't count because nobody knew he was there at the time

That part where he goes "Oh,no. That's my- (starts making dying noises)" then falls over. After that gets up and goes "Gotcha!". That's my favorite part.

My favorite scene of zoidberg in the entirety of Futurama is, don't cut that I need that to speak. As the doctor proceeds to furiously try to cut it.

Little attention to detail, but during the buffet scene when the door slides open, it jolts around as if it gets jammed on something before opening all the way.

Honestly feel that 3:03 is one of the most heartwarming moments in the show. Fry looking at Zoidie like that shows me that, despite the crew riffing him constantly, the pink crustacean is a valued member of the company.

Oh, so Area 51 is where Zoidberg was studied. Makes sense that people wanted to see Zoidberg with their own eyes, so they tried to crash the place.

I think this episode is probably Futurama at it's peak, so good. I remember it was the first one I ever saw on VHS as a kid.
