Cybertruck would not put power down. Seemed like traction control would not allow the tires to spin. We even tried putting it in offroad mode, no difference. ELON… send out update!!!

I’ll be the first one to criticize the Cybertruck but this is so staged the Ram has over 200 less hp its lights and it has wayyyy less torque this makes no sense logically.

Horsepower: ~800+ hp for the tri-motor version. Torque: Estimated ~1,000+ lb-ft. Towing Capacity: ~14,000 lbs (~6,350 kg) for the highest trim. Ram 3500 (6-Wheel Diesel) Engine: 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel (High-Output variant for dually trucks). Estimated Weight: ~8,000-9,000 lbs (3,628-4,082 kg), depending on configuration (6 wheels, dually setup, and optional equipment). Horsepower: ~420 hp. Torque: ~1,075 lb-ft (for the High-Output Cummins engine). Towing Capacity: Up to ~37,100 lbs (~16,828 kg) for the dually configuration with a gooseneck trailer. Ram 3500 wins the challenge on Weight and Traction alone advantaged by it's 6-wheels! The Cybertruck has very high torque; being lighter, such high torque can cause heavy wheel spin and loss of traction. The RAM, with its lower torque number, would have a gradual torque delivery, benefited by its heavier body and wider base delivered by its 6 wheels. Now let us have a full tug-of-war challenge in a controlled environment with comparable version of a truck and a video from the start to finish.

The 2024 Dodge Ram 3500 dually weighs 11,400 lbs. The 2024 Tesla Cybertruck weighs 6,898 lbs. 🤔
The Cybertruck is rated for 11,000. So 400 extra pounds it's towing. I'm surprised the truck hitch even stayed on it. Considering it's been proven to break off totaling the truck.

Anyone who thinks this proves anything knows nothing about towing/ physics. Maybe if it was setup fair, the results would be different. Also the ram is made to tow 37000. The Tesla only 11000. So ram >3x. Why not have the ram go against the Tesla semi as that is closer at 80000 <3x the Ram.

You must not know much about pulling kiddo. I've seen it. You need to have your truck set up right front and rear lockers (which the testicle has) and you need to not spin your tires (which the testicle did). Also there's only a few hundred pounds different between their weight

The cybertruck with weight in the bed, would just lose while heavier still. It has 2-3 motors, weight in the bed isn't going to do that much for it, as you put weight in the bed, you lost traction on the front. It might help a little, but not enough to matter. The ram destroyed that thing, not even close. The cybertruck, as others have stated, already weighs more than the ram, so any traction benefit it might get with weight in the bed is a moot point, as it likely already has greater weight pressing down on each tire vs the ram. The ram is just all around a way better truck at pulling than the cybertruck. It's okay though, because we really don't want to see cybertruck drivers thinking they're 1 ton trucks and blowing up all over the road. The ram is just a way heavier duty truck, and it needed to remind the cybertruck that is not Infact an HD truck. I'm honestly surprised the cybertruck didn't blow something up or brick itself while doing this. I'm not one of those Elon Musk "haters", I like the guy, but the cybertruck is one ugly ass truck and I just always want it to lose.
