You have made many videos but your UA-cam channel is not getting views and subscribers. Your thumbnail design is not attractive, you should use good thumbnails to increase your video views, because a good thumbnail increases a video views. Because you have no complete SEO any videos, Channel tags are not used, Video Tag is not powerful. 0 added end screens and cards, not SEO friendly title and description. If you complete all tasks then you get more views and subscribers with monetization.

For the zip code thing - you’re suppose to use the three numbers from your postal code and then add two “0”s at the end to bypass the American requirements. It’s so wonky. We had to phone our credit card company when we were in California last year!
