Aegina Island, Greece - 1 Hour from Athens
My wife and I had the chance to go to Aegina this week for a few days. It is a short ferry ride from Athens and a great option to visit the Greek islands if you have limited time.
We spent all of our time in the main city, Aegina, which shares its name with the island. There are some impressive historical ruins on the island and many nice beaches.
The ferry costs between 10-20 euros per person and takes between 45-90 minutes depending on the type of ferry.

Cap Angela - The Most Northern Point of Africa - Sigma FP
Переглядів 116Рік тому
We collected a few friends in our rental car and went to Cap Angela, the most northern point of the continent of Africa. It is a beautiful location. The spot is not overly developed, just a dirt parking area and a small monument. A few fishermen were bringing in their catch in a small boat. A lighthouse sits atop the green hill to the west. The water is the clearest I've seen in Tunisia. This w...
Scenes from Cork and Blarney Castle - Ireland
Переглядів 267Рік тому
In early March my wife's family met us in Ireland for a week of sightseeing. I was able to film our visit to Blarney Castle and Cork Cathedral on our first day. Unfortunately, Swiss Airlines lost our luggage, which prevented me from completing a video on the whole trip. We ate fish and chips like good tourists and exchanged some germs kissing the Blarney stone.
The Arlington of North Africa - Tunis, Tunisia

Did you know there is an American military cemetery similar to Arlington in Tunis, Tunisia in North Africa. The cemetery is beautiful and well kept and sits between Carthage and Tunis. The ruins in Butrint, Albania are one of the country's historical gems. The site dates back to the 7th or 8th century B.C. and contains remnants of the Greek and Roman period. We visited on a weekday morning in October when the site wasn't too busy. The entry fee was 1,000 LEK (approximately $9.50 USD). A very appealing video to watch. Thank you!
A nice rainy day. Love the goat!
Never been to Greece. Thanks for the mini tour.
I'm Chamorro and grew up in Guam. While your perspective isn't wrong, it's not the entire reality. There is an inherent 'you think you're better than me' complex that runs thru the veins of certain groups, the victim class, if you will. Its an obvious projection. Is it a defense mechanism? Perhaps. It isn't only geared toward 'foreigners' either. The locals operate with puffed up chests toward each other as well.
And not to suggest they aren't friendly people. Chamorros are super friendly and hospitable. Once you get thru that self-imposed blockade, you've got a loyal pal.

I’m American living in Philippines, do I need anything but an American passport to go there?
They ARE American. They are human just like the rest of us. If you are a jerk/demanding, you won't be liked.
Wow.. 😱 Such an incredibly beautiful cemetery and a great job you did capturing so much of it! It's amazing how well they maintain the gorgeous landscaping, the carvings on the bricks, the names of the soldiers, the mosaic work on that map, statues, the incredible walkways, all of it --- just STUNNING!! THANK YOU so much in sharing this video!! 🤗 xoxo

Missing my island 🏝️was raise there for 55yrs, left it 2014 & it’s been 10yrs now on US mainland … thanks for taking me to places never seen on island. Never knew we had several water falls.
that's a Noni fruit
I lived there twice. I'd love to move back and live there again. What i found people that had the attitude of "I'll endure or put up with this place till i can leave" pretty much were automatically disliked, because that attitude showed threw. The people that had the attitude of "this place ia not like home and its an adventure, and i get to learn new things, try new things, and meet new people from a culture different than mine" were pretty much universally accepted. If you're open to new experiences, and show some basic respect, the people are extremely welcoming and love to show and share with you their culture and lives.
1. Why isn't it completely sealed off to the public? Oh,I forgot, GVB is waiting for someone to fall in to help increase visitor numbers, my bad for even questioning. 2. It's definitely gonna be exhilarating and exciting to be staying at Hilton during the next major earthquake. Who needs Disneyland? 3. Unfortunately, Dusit Thani and Outrigger have sinkholes under them as well, ask any Marine Biologist on Guam. 😮
Bro I’ve lived on Guam my whole life the only time we’ll hate you is if you disrespect our culture but if not tourist are treated like royalty cuz tourist are what find over half the businesses on guam
the people of guam are fake Islanders they're Spanish they all came from Spain
The united states tried to erase spanish and spanish cultire from puerto rico but that crap didn't worked out there. Puerto ricans said no you are not going to force me to speak your language we may a US terrotory but we will speak spanish here the US tried to erase all spanish from puerto rico and after trying for around 40 years they realized that it wasn't going to work out. Thank you puerto rico and i hope one day you will be a free nation.
Spot on.
Hey Taylor! What would be the best email for you that I can reach out to? I had a question about footage you got on Guam.
Hey, hope you are well. Send it to tayloredstory@gmail.com
Did you have any issues with launching the drone there? Is your drone jailbroken? Dji?
Yes, DJI. The drone was not modified in any way. I believe I had to request permission through the app to fly in that area.
My guy why did you throw the rock there? Theres taotaomo'nas there!
Iam here because my country Kenya played Guam in the ongoing Chess Olympiad in Budapest, Hungary. The teams drew. Great contents here

Thanks for your video's. I will be watching more for they bring me back to many beautiful memories I had in Guam. Many of those thrilling memories are the hikes I went on and the many scuba diving adventures I had too. I lived a total of 24 years here 5 different times. Your Sigua Falls video brought back a memory from the 9th grade. I've been to Sigua Falls twice on hikes. Both hikes were with my brother & father in 1972 and their was no Leo Palace Hotel back then. We got there from another direction which also takes you right through the tank field where you can see several German or American tanks. The hike was long but not as far. We descended from Nimitz Hill near the Officers housing area. I think it was only about an hour and a half walk only because we stopped for a few pictures of the tanks. The third attempt was in 1973 (9th grade) I was in Agat Jr. High School (no longer there) on a field day trip. The group was about 40 kids & two adults. I was one of the guides but when we got down the hill and into the jungles on our left was the stream that would eventually end up at Sigua Falls. One of the kids convinced our teachers that it would be much faster if we followed the river which I was against since I was not familiar with that trail. After more than an hour and a half we were still not at the falls. Unbeknownst to those of us in the lead 26 of the kids & 2 teachers had turned back because it was getting late. When we found out we too turned around. No idea when they turned around at and how far ahead of us they were. Maybe 40 minutes on our walk back we saw up on the ridge our bus honking the horn at us. They were maybe 200 yards up the hill from us but a steep climb through very thick sword grass. the 12 of us kids attempted to climb the ridge to get to the bus but after 15 minutes we had to give up for the sword grass was to thick. By the time we got back up to where the bus should have been it was 3pm & school gets out at 3:30pm so the bus had left us 12 kids to find our way back home. the 12 of us decided to walk the road down from Nimitz Hill in hopes the bus would find us. We ended up going to USO in Piti across from the Piti Power Plant where we made phone calls home. To make a long story short I got home to Naval Station about 6pm. We were on the news that night. A Navy helicopter was out looking for us. Next day I and a few others were called into the Principles office to explain what had happened. Luckily everyone made it back to their homes ok. After explaining I was against the change in plans on the hike I was excused (verified by one of the teachers). But it was a day (hike) I will never forget.

Accurate!
Not true! Im chamorro and i got teased but i was weird as hell in the 5th grade. So we left back to the states. I agree with you!! You have to walk the walk amd talk the talk. And during the fiestas we Love Everyone!!?
I see Guamanian born Chammoro people leaving soiled baby diapers by Talafofo on beaches, so do off islanders ,I see locals on 4 terrain doing tear ups. Ask what happened to Chanko when the son of his Chamorro jet ski club owner passed and what Guamanians said in court. Guam is not paradise my garbage at Jay Garden Apts was not picked up from dumpster for weeks. Often local women made snide remarks about me behind my back before I learned Chamorro Saipan is a genuinely friendly island go see the difference for yourself Guam does demonstrate some jealousy toward military Be fair it is not all roses. Be polite, respect customs, Be honest, remind everyone Chamorro or off islanders to help maintain the island treasure of the Pacific. Still, Saipan is much better❤
I actually want to move to Guam from Honolulu because I heard it's cheaper the only thing I'm on SSI cant get SSI in Guam heard a lot of good things about guam I trying to find some place with similar weather on my budget I heard Guam had similar weather to Hawaii I'm thinking about Saipan which you can get SSI there
I never been a victim of a crime here in Honolulu I've been here for 19 years
I felt the same way about Hawaii I thought it would be a dangerous place not the case I'm actually from Columbus Ohio actually Hawaii is much safer than Columbus
I lived on Guam for 10 years. The people are awesome. My only problem is the disrespect for Mother Earth. THE TRASH IS DISGUSTING!
Very inspiring video, well done 🇺🇸 I will be hiking it this coming Monday morning at sun up during a 19 hour layover I have in Guam. Hope to see some other hikers
The title doesn't meet the content. Thumbs down!
91'92' GUAM, I MET a alot of nice local people, There were a couple of times, like where i worked some Filipinos were upetty and a couple Guamanians were ASSHOLES, I'm Mexican-American APACHE COMMANCHE i roomed with a Guamanian everything was cool till he got drunk and started getting in the habit calling me a wetback hanging with his buddies another time pulled his handgun thinking he would scare me HE DIDN'T, the last straw was hanging out at a club and he tried a bruce lee kick and i took his face to the pavement. Left him looking like Rudolph reindeer, sfter that i moved out of the village. We were still friends but still the damn wetback shit talking didn't stop also buddy of his didn't like me for leaving his face scuffed up. Also some islanders are very jealous of each other one upping competition like the joneses. Filipinos against Guamanian, I MET SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ISLAND PEOPLE INSIDE (PURE LOVE), LIKE A LONG LOST BROTHER, SISTER, OR FAMILY ELDER. THAT IS WHAT I MISS✝️❤ BACK HOME NOW LIVING THE CALIFORNICATED DREAM. (OLD ISLAND CULTURE GUAM HAS SINCE TAKEN A HIT WITH GANGS AND DRUGS SINCE 92'). THE TWO FREINDS THAT INVITED ME HAVE SINCE PAST ON, AFTER I LEFT GUAM ONE GOT 25YRS CAUGHT SMUGGLING PI. ICE AT AIRPORT. THE OTHER PAST AWAY PREMATURELY FROM PARKINSON'S. SAD😢
Wtf? What are you talking about?
Married a Chamorro. I’m white and been told I’m racist and horrible. He’s verbally abusive. Doesn’t treat women like he’s says “it’s a matriarchal society” we’re getting divorced. Wish I never met him.
Thank you for this video! Guam is my forever home and sadly for me I was never able to tour that cave. Ty again for being respectful to our land and historical places
Maybe it is a lava tube? Guam was SO much prettier when there was NO tourist district. Just beautiful villages, jungle and military bases.
The music ??? 😏😏NOT ANY OF Guam’s songs ??? Sad.. sites great then the background music 🐽🐷💩💩🐷🐽🐖
I love my island of Guam 🇬🇺.. so much. This is where I was born. Even my dad. The TECHARIA FAMILY. MY MOM IS ROSARIO B. TECHARIA. MY DAD IS VICENTE CRUZ TECHARIA.
This!
Just in the last two years, we've been able to find information about my Uncle, USMC PFC Robert Beckmann, he was killed July 10 1944 on the island of Guam. He was a Marine sniper. My daughter and I had gone to the family cemetery, and beside my grandparents' graves was a marker for my Uncle, but I suspected that he wasn't actually buried there. My daughter called the national memorial for the battle on Guam and found out that he is buried on Guam, and his name is etched on the wall at the memorial of the fallen soldier's. None of this was ever mentioned in my family, i wished there was family left to talk to about my Uncle, I don't want him to be forgotten! Oh and I named my son Robert in part after his Great Uncle!
Sucks that English is overtaking chomorro. I think protective language laws should be passed in all countries and territories like guam and Puerto Rico. To preserve languages, everyone who wants to live in a non official English country speaking should learn the native language.
You are spot on
o lame ,,secret unnoan.no sink ..ocean cave raised up from yrs ago.

Beautiful island ❤
I lived there for few years and had a business there too . My experience is sadly they are very jealous people who like to steal from you and stab you in the back every chance they get
