I have complained many times about an issue regarding sudden internet speed drop. But they have never addressed my problem. As far as i can tell they have knowingly speed cappping my connection for the last 3 months or so. I often use 909 package and for a change i used 988 package last month. Not unlike 909, they don't offer unlimited social media access for 988. After my 30GB data was over i couldn't access any other social media apps. End of the it doesn't matter for them because for the both packages they speed cap my connection. But for the unlimited night downloader package everything works normal. I used to get 45ms to 55ms ping for my games 3 months ago with hutch and somewhat good 20mbps to 25mbps download speed. But now my ping for the same games goes around 80ms to 100ms range and i can hardly reach 10mbps download speed for the whole day. You need to check your towers and do a good maintenance around the country or you will lose your customer base if you ignore their complaints like nothing.
