They can be found at the Goethe Institut. Even got some of these gems. But the fragments of video that I posted are also present in a documentary about Dominique. The documentary is the Régis Obadia and is called "Dominique Mercy Tanzt Pina Bausch." A documentary exquisite. If unable to attend, very worthwhile.

Where did you find all those rare old videos?

I totaly agree about to love of what is good. And to have been able to join Pina Bausch and her ensemble - I used to live in Wuppertal during all her time working there - not only as a fan and supporter, but also as a friend of many of the dancers, that was one of the most importand part of my life. Now I am living in Ottawa, Canada. You?

Oh no, thank YOU for the uploading. I was one lucky man to be able to see all her works except "Fritz". And it was always the premiere to see a new work for the first time. But I also have seen all her works over and over again. And it is strange that the sensations it triggers is still the same. Maybe for different reasons or because of different experiences in life. But any time I am able to see the ensemble now, it is amazing. Here with this old videos it is connected with tons of memories.

Oh yes, yes! Pina will be forever beating on us. Pina and Kazuo Ohno, who is also another being of extreme greatness, are now watching over us and guiding us through our intuition. Thank you for your comment.
