15:00 Slime anime is adapted by manga and the manga is adapted by ligh novel. But the studio made manga is the one invest the anime adaptation so you can say the anime is made by manga technically. Most people gatekeeping anime and games right now because of the censoring. Many studios censor themselves and removes some topics. Examples, most fanservices in new Bleach anime been skipped and some dialogue been remove and change. Female characters in games getting ugly. Outfits in new Dragon Quest game been censored for dumb reason. Another problem is the new people, they keep attack people who enjoy the shows that have fanservice like my dress up darling. Those people are not many but they are so loud and they keep attack random people and call people p*do because people enjoy moe anime and anime like Mushoku Tensei. They lost their mind just because Nezuko show some skin. A lot of them never care about game and anime they only care to follow the trends.

Can one single anituber be normal about this show featuring 13 YEAR OLDS

One important point is that majority of animes are in a shonen or teen boy category so of course the setting of school life, teenage girl and fan services, learning about the world and your power etc are prominent features. I'm not saying that those setting can't give deep story-telling and complex emotion (Evangelion my god) but the issue now is an adult in their 30s, 40s still watch the same channel so to speak and expect something more mature yet still familiar to what they loved years ago. Like you love Linkin Park in your teens and 20s but can you still love it the same way in your 30s and 40s? An interesting example would be Trash Taste podcast the guys still puzzle over why they can't watch anime or play game the same way like in 15-20 years ago.

It's both producers and studios fault. This year Aniplex have 22 tv anime and Kadokawa have 35+ tv shows. Kadokawa already announce 20+ shows for 2024. Meanwhile, Toho and Bandai Namco Filmworks have less than 13 tv shows. This year, Mappa have 5 shows and 2 of them are 2 cours. Plus, most of them are actions. Sunrise is bigger studio but they only make 2 shows this year and both shows are 13 episodes.

The stories are simply and easy to watch. Every arc is just the similar stuffs. What people want VS what the show try to tell. Most of the time, we heard what people want. They're going to disappointed and say the show is bad just because they don't get what they want. They don't try to understand what the show try to tell. Example, people complain romance in My Dress-up Darling not go anyway but the show is more about how passion they are with their hobbies. Dumb opinion from non-fans. Example, unlike other mecha this show is about characters. As mecha fan, those opinion is so annoying. Many mecha from the start is always about character. People always talk about 86. But to me, it's just another mecha. There are many mecha that done better than 86. To me, Kyoukai Senki (2021) is better than 86. Most mecha is original anime. Other reason 86 is popular because it's LN. Dark and edgy stories are more popular than lighthearted and hopeful stories (also slice of life anime). Many people hate Kyoukai Senki because it's lighthearted and hopeful. I realize most people don't care those kinda stories. I mean, most of the show we get lately are overpower main character, harem, waifu, toxic romance, school. Kyoukai Senki don't have those tropes and many show like that always been ignored.

This is just popular vote. It's disappointed. They only watch 5 anime last year. Not fall 2022. They don't even choose the right shows. I mean, Demon slayer is HISTORICAL SUPERNATURAL not fantasy. Anya is the MAIN character. Many other anime are way better and way deserve than the show they choose. Many categories they can do but they choose the most generic categories.
