So Lethal +++ is like Sekiro normal playthrough or + playthrough? I'm almost finish GoT first time in hard and is much much easier than my first run in Sekiro, not to mention NG+7. I will finish GoT and start a NG+ in lethal.

The combat is so fluid and cool. You're literally playing a samurai movie.

That's how I played the entire game except those forced stealth missions. Much more challenging and samurai like gameplay it was. I wish it could also effect the story, player's gameplay style. Being a ghost or samurai must have been two options, but yeah, the game's name is ghost of tsushima, so, yeah lmao.

But yeah, I prefer to play the game in Samurai way, not a shinobi one. Shame they didn't put multiple endings where the endings are determined by how you played. All of the ending led to only one conclusion, where you will be a legendary ghost. On my entire playthrough, I'd never sneak on my enemies except if sneaking is the part of the quest. When taking down an enemy's settlement, I always asked them to a duel standoff.
