They are £1 each at my local pharmacy.........I bought 1 and it was really good. It peeled within 5 days. The peel came off in big chunks......so satisfying but what you need to do is leave it on for 2 hrs instead of 90mins. I just bought myself another 5 packs lol

I have used apple cider, white wine vinegar and red wine vinegar before with good results, made my hair smooth and silky with no dandruff. Glad I watched this video and thank you for sharing!

You have beautiful hair and a beautiful son! Thank you for sharing. I have a completely different type of hair but because I dye it often, it’s very dry. I have recently found, that after years of trying different types of natural oils, conditioners, Oliplex, etc as well as not shampooing, that I have found something that helps my hair ALOT! I have used animal fats on my hair for the first time as a conditioner/moisturiser and my hair has gone from crunchy to normal looking almost overnight. I rubbed 1 small teaspoonful of lightly used cooking fat (tallow mostly I think) into the ends of my hair, put my hair up gently and then slept with it in. In the morning my hair had actually absorbed the oil so I put more in (another larger teaspoonful) and put my hair up again. The next day I washed my scalp with shampoo twice, using a tiny amount of shampoo but making sure that my scalp wasn’t greasy, conditioned as usual and my hair felt so much healthier! Now I add a drop amount at a time to my damaged ends and if it works it’s way to my scalp and I look greasy, I quickly sprinkle some flour/starch to my scalp, rub it through more of my scalp, and then viola, instant dry shampoo! For darker hair mix cocoa or maybe coffee powder with starch to blend more easily.? I wish I knew about using animal fats years ago...I could have saved probably thousands of dollars over the last 30 years! ❤️ from Australia 🇦🇺

I do vinegar usually acv when i itch and white vinegar when I run out acv both work and I no longer use shampoo it’s poison to our scalps

Using tbe soap/shampoo is very drying. Pre poo and then water wash-the vinger rinse... Give it a try. Also try the green house effect on your hair over night

I use white vinger on my hair-because it's cheap!!!! And I only water wash my hair-and my hair is thriving sis. You go for it
