I've literally got more useful feedback on my song posting on reddit. You didn't listen all the way through or even look at the lyrics. If you had to you would have figured out in about 3 seconds it's making fun of those who use A.I to write their songs. I don't know why everyone else in the comments is thanking you. I think this is just crap and a waste of time it took to fill in the form.

And you’re totally right on the stranger vs friends/family angle. It’s real tough for the lattter to NOT be biased. Some bias will always live there, but if someone who doesn’t typically listen to your style of music genuinely enjoyed the experience, that’s when you know you’re onto something!

Hey y’all, thanks a bunch for giving my song a spin! My sound is very Beach Boys inspired with the high-pitched falsetto vocals hanging out in the background, so I’m happy to know that that’s translating through the music well. Live instrumentation is also something I strongly believe in, so perhaps that’s why you got 1960s Beatles-esc vibes from this one. The goal with my music is to paint a calming soundscape in contrast to a lot of high-energy rock, hip hop, metal out there. Music for me has helped me soul heal over the years, so I wanted to inject more of those “medicinal benefits”, if you will. Since you guys were asking about my artist name, it was actually a high school nickname of mine that kinda just stuck with me over the years. I hear y’all on the branding side of things though. I think now that I’ve been doing music regularly for about a year, both through my own music and commissions, it doesn’t seem to correlate real well. So I appreciate the criticism and will take it into consideration! My label, The Vibe Check, is pretty much a brand new actually. I incorporated the LLC on the 26th of September this year, so we’re not far along at all as a company haha I started accepting paid work for a year and saw some success doing that. Since I started the company, I’ve been given more opportunities that would I would not have had otherwise even in such a short time. Thanks again for listening my dudes!

Hello! I don’t know how I didn’t see this until now. But, thank you guys for the review! I actually recorded it in somebody else’s home studio. He’s a great producer and we both came up with a lot of parts for the EP. I’m excited to tune in on Sunday and you made a new fan! You guys are hilarious. And unfortunately I don’t watch hockey haha. But, I do watch baseball.

When I heard she "threw a microphone into the audience" I thought that meant, like, when bands will throw drum sticks or t-shirts to people 😅v

Cheers guys for the honesty you gave on the song and I completely agree with the decision not to play it. I felt bad for the new drummer and bass player in the band not being represented. New song is currently being made and I can hopefully get you guys to play it when complete.

Thanks guys The real reason for me to use IEM's is to combat the loud sound of the drums. Persevere, if you can they are still worth it especially for vocal

Hi guys I use IEM's at almost every gig and rehearsals now. As a singer I really like to hear my vocal very clearly and have found out the best way is to use IEM's I have introduced the band to the concept and they are coming round to the idea especially the drummer The only caveat is that you are relying on the person mixing the sound to get the correct levels which is sometimes harder than people think The pro's out way the cons though Cheers
