If you've had recent abdominal surgery or are at risk for stroke, it's best to skip this practice for now. Always check with a doctor if you're unsure.

Having a SLOW routine! 3 rounds of slow chandra namaskar 10 minute of nadhi shodhan (1:2:2) 5 times Brahmari pranayama 21 times aum chant Doing what you love the most
**1. Omkara (Aum Chanting):** Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. As you exhale, chant "Om" slowly, feeling the vibration in your chest. Repeat a few times to calm the mind and center your thoughts. **2. Bhastrika (Bellows Breath):** Sit straight, take a deep breath in, and then forcefully exhale through your nose while contracting your abdomen. Do this quickly for about 10-20 breaths, followed by a deep inhale and relaxed exhale. This boosts energy and clears your lungs. **3. Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath):** Sit with a straight spine. Inhale deeply and exhale quickly through your nose, pulling in your stomach with each exhale. Focus on the exhales and let the inhales happen naturally. It helps cleanse the lungs and improve focus. **4. Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing):** Close one nostril with your thumb, inhale through the other. Close that nostril and exhale through the opposite one. Repeat the cycle, alternating nostrils with each breath. This balances your mind and body. **5. Bhramari (Bee Breath):** Close your eyes and ears with your fingers. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, make a humming sound like a bee. This is perfect for releasing stress and calming your nerves.
