Let's learn Mongolian Part 2
Now, ethnic Mongolians in China are protesting against a new bilingual education policy that reduces Mongolian language teaching in local schools, but do you know what kind of language is Mongolian?
The Mongolian language is used both in Inner Mongolia and Mongolia. However, in Inner Mongolia, they kept traditional vertical Mongolian characters and it is different from the Cyrillic characters used in Mongolia.
Ms. Suvda, the heir of Mongolian traditional folk songs from Inner Mongolia will show off the basic greeting of Mongolian and Mongolian alphabet songs.

Is it appropriate to only make 1-2 cups of coffee out of a 4-5 size coffee pot? I'm more likely to make less cups, but would like the option to make more is needed. I'm curious if there's difficulty in timing or making foam/creme when you have less ingredients in a bigger pot or if it's the same process/result.

Do you use Tablespoons (normal eating spoon) for the coffee and teaspoons (smaller spoon) for the sugar? I use your recipe all the time!!! Just wanna do everything the same 🥰

We usually pour in to a cup a little first time simmering to get the foam and simmer the rest a bit more before put it all in the cup. This way it cooks better and the foam will be lighter color. I saw this transferring the foam with a spoon only made by Iranian lady making "Turkish coffee".

The first time I made a pot of Turkish coffee, I legitimately did not move my pot ever. My mother said that her mother taught her to NEVER touch or say certain things when particular food is being cooked. Otherwise, that thing will never cook right. This may be an Asian thing… or not.
