This video stinks as the clips don't play til the end!!!
Think this is so much fun memories galore.
Funny Ronald Reagan was funny never would have thought that😂👍🏻
The grand, one-of-a-kind Lauren Bacall!
Dang -- Elizabeth Taylor even signed her name like a diva!
Wasn't this written Jake Holmes, who sung the love theme over the ending credits of Woody Allen's "Bananas"?
When everyone knew you were queer but no one cared....
With the Groucho Marx question and response - he's so full of it! Everybody bow down before the almighty has been washed up comedian (suppose that's a question mark in it's own right.)
'Are you a glamour girl?' John response says it all. A lovely girl, full of life - what else is there to say?
Glorifying celebrities has always been garbage.
14:58 no one else will ever have a face like buster keaton.
Mind blowing ❤❤❤
Smoke Blowers ... Ive seen them trying to peep
Incredible guests the best at their craft❤
The panel. and and moderator were famous with everything that goes with this and those who were unknown and were equal on the playing field.❤
I ❤️ these people. I am so happy they were in my childhood. ❤❤❤
Truly enjoyed this.
Great Show! Jesus Loves You My Dear Friends! God Bless You Always! John 3:16
I’m sorry, but I didn’t find Groucho Marx funny. His brothers, Chico and Harpo were funny and talented, but not him. He was annoying. The one line he made that was funny was when he said to John Charles Daley: “You realize that nobody’s listening to you.” Also, his line about Passover was funny. But he never knew when to stop talking, which was very annoying in this episode.
Agreed; his boorishness is on full display here.
Not sure why they included the jail warden because he wasn’t a celebrity. he was a nice man, and it was a fun segment, but he wasn’t a celebrity.
Marx was a cruel individual
Do you remember watching these shows? Yes🤫
John Daly was a wonderful host!
A very handsome Ronald Reagan. 🤩
How is the blonde woman being a professional wrestler designated as a service?
I remember watching this with my mom and dad.
Holy fuck!!
Loved loved loved this show. Thanx.❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Dorothy: “He made me do it!” 😂
Excellent Cary Grant imitation by Steve Allen! ❤
Excellent Cary Grant imitation by Steve Allen! ❤
Unfortunately, Margaret Truman‘s mother, Bess was a rabid antisemite
I ❤ Steve Allen.
Am I the only one who never found Groucho Marx funny? Harpo and Chico were talented and funny, but I found Groucho SO annoying on the episodes of WML.
A little bit of Groucho goes a long way.
I just love this show. Luckily, there are heaps of episodes here on youtube. Panelists and host were always impeccable, generally well-learned people, with great taste in their manners, their knowledge, their English, and a long etc. The 'ordinary' guests came from all walks of life and that made it so interesting. The famous people segments were not when they were trying to disguise their voice but when they were found out. I was expecting that in this video. Very enjoyable, though. Thank you for your time.
If only, if only I could go back to those days. I could re-live meeting and falling in love with the only man I ever loved and married. We watched this show every week and played the games with great joy. TV was so good then. ❤
C.C. Nash is a celebrity?
No, and he wasn't introduced as one, just a regular guest you nitwit
SO many ads
Sept 2024 - For its time, “What’s My Line” was absolutely: entertaining, ad-lib, spontaneous, funny and informative. You can tell everybody had a great time appearing on this show.
It's kind of a drag that the song would have been improved if it would have been just an instrumental bad guy singing not that great
Dallas Rehearsals 1972
What a time capsule of talent!
Jack Benny was SO good, and is still wonderfully funny.
Ester Williams is a glamazon ....look at her stature
Frederick March and Joan Fontain, no one today knows of unless TCM actually shows old old movies.
Funny how the cigarette commercials on all the game shows of the day.
I wish our children were taught the same curriculum in school and etiquette.
I make a fortune teaching etiquette to children in the area where I live, it's shocking how little they know! What their own parent's haven't even taught them(cannot pass on that which you do not possess yourself) these are sad depraved times we're in
Henry MacFarland, I thought Kruchev, then figured couldn’t be.
Saw you brenner in the king and I shortly before he died.
