Yes I think it is but not sure. Hides are located near Oulu, Finland. Oulu is the closest airport. Netxt spring is quite fully booked allready but please contact to our office info@finnature.fi and they will tell more 😊 I'm guiding mammal photography tour at the moment (Brown Bears, Wolverines and Wolves)

We always recommend to rent a car. If you don’t want to drive the you might want to check our photography tours from shop.finnature.com 😊 to some hides (like Eagle Owl) we can get taxi transfer but for example to Golden Eagle hides we do not offer transfers.

Sorry for my late response. This is taken from hide in Finland. And yes Wolf is quite easy to see from hide in Finland. Obviously they are wild animals so it is recommend to spent a few nights at the site to get better chances.
