I lived in the Philippines until age 22 and emigrated to USA. There is a variety of mango i tasted in Hawaii called White Pirie. It is far sweeter than Philippines carabao mango. It is double as sour as the carabao mango when it is raw but double as sweet when ripe.

being in England for more than 2 decades, I've tasted so many varieties of mangoes all over the world. I always buy Indian and Pakistani mangoes as they are tasty too, even mangoes from Caribbean and South America but believe me no can can beat the taste of carabao or guimaras mango from the Philippines.
