The seen here look to bee 4in thick of foam. The floor metal that is walked on looks to be stainless steal with the exterior looking to be stucco which is lighter. The weight of the panels and refrigeration unit up top weights it all down in place. The panel have a hook that hooks on to a pin as you rotate the hook.

Long story short buy hex bits and turn clockwise, dont strip them.
How did the floor come up. Was it just the weight of the frrexlzer that kept it down
Floor has the same locking mechanism so just un do that and you should be good

Are they reusable? We are buying one to move it and really want it on our own property
What size wrench?
I bought a set of allen wrenches, I just tried till one fit.
It's usually 5/16" , NOT metric ! You can get at Harbor Freight . They may be in 3/8" drive . I would use a breaker bar . Some are rusted /frozen .
What did you charge for demo? I got 4 to remove…
