From Codependent Patterns to Empowered Living
In this episode of 'Masks Off for People Pleasers and Perfectionists,' host Kim Gross repurposes a previously well-received episode featuring Alana Carvalho, a specialist in codependency. Together, they delve into what codependency looks like, how it often intertwines with perfectionism, and the nuanced ways these patterns affect relationships. They discuss Alana's concept of the 'codependent perfectionist' and offer practical advice for recognizing and overcoming these behaviors. The conversation is particularly beneficial for parents, highlighting the challenges and strategies for fostering healthier relationships with adult children. Listeners will gain valuable insights into managing expectations, promoting a balanced sense of self-worth, and encouraging independence in their loved ones.

Hey Ms.Kim, I saw the videos on your channel. Your video content is excellent. To grow & increase the view of your channel you need to optimize your videos. Inspite all of your efforts videos are not being viewed. Video SEO Score is very low. The title, Description, and Tags are not SEO-friendly. Videos are not shared on Social Media platforms and many other problems are found on your UA-cam Channel. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO friendly then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. So immediately need SEO for your Videos & UA-cam channel. Do you want to improve those problems and grow your UA-cam Channel?

I agree with Robert. The education system is flawed and on life support! We are taught memorization, but not critical thinking! Whenever budgets are cut, it's usually the arts and physical education that are chopped! Yet, a child who is physically fit and creative with generally perform better and achieve higher grades. My niece is a math and science teacher, and she engages the kids by taking them to the gasoline station, supermarket, every day places where they need to use math. She tells them: Math is Life!

Staying in an abusive relationship for the sake of public acceptance, sending the message to children that expressing anger is primarily 'bad thing', taking the side of the abuser over the person looking out for you feom fear of being alone, knowing the difference between healthy and harmful shaming from persons trying to make you a stronger being (can't remember the exact term for it at the moment).
