Unclog Sewer Main Drain Brooklyn (718)567-3700 Brooklyn Drain Cleaning
When dealing with sewer line repair, always know what you are up against. Clogged or broken sewer lines can be a very difficult problem to face because it does not only cause water to flow back into the toilet bowls, drainage systems, and eventually on the floors, but it may also cause a very unpleasant odor. Sewer line repair does not only cost some hundreds of dollars, it may cost thousands of dollars, especially if the sewer needs replacement. Before performing sewer line repair, make sure to consider the tips below.
1. Always Determine what is Causing the Sewer Line Problem
The best way to do this is to have someone look at the sewer line through a camera. This may cost a few hundred dollars, but it is worth the price because it will save a lot of money when the real cause has been found and addressed properly. There are many reasons why a sewer line fails. One is probably due to clogging. Another is because of a tree root blocking the sewer line path. However, in order to fix the problem correctly, always have someone find the root of the problem through a camera.
2. Get the Local Plumbing Codes
Before starting any sewer line repair, do make sure to get the local plumbing codes for safety reasons. Plumbing codes contain valuable information regarding the safety regulations for plumbing repair. Make sure to follow the depth required by the codes for digging in order to ensure that the repairs are kept safe.
3. Clear the Clog Yourself as Much as Possible
If the sewer has been blocked by accumulated debris, then this can be done as a DIY repair. The usual process involved in cleaning a sewer line clog is to use a plumber’s snake or auger. This device consists of a long cable with a forked tip. The forked tip will hook to the accumulated debris and allow it to be pulled out. To use the auger, find a suitable access point for the sewer line. Possible access points include the roof vent and the cleanup found on the external grounds.
4. Beware of Sewer Line Repair Salesmen
Salesmen can charge an unreasonable price for sewer line repairs, so make sure to do some research on the actual costs of repairs before hiring a professional sewer line repair service. Although some aspects of sewer line repairs indeed require trained professionals, it is best to stay away from profit-oriented salesmen.
5. Shop Around for the Best Repair Deals
When the repair is impossible as a DIY project, then make sure to shop around for the best professional service deals. Ask for recommendations from friends or from online forums. Check the reliability of the company, their years of experience, feedback from previous clients, and other details. The bottom line when repairing the sewer is to get as much information as possible before starting the project.

The moron just scratched every possible part LOL with his clumsiness.
क्या हुआ और क्या किया और क्यू. किया हमे कुछ नहीं पता.
You deaf?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I replaced the same parts as the video and it won't flush
Como armarlo
Thank you very much Sir !
They need a strainer over their drain to keep hair from going down and clogging the drain!!
How to charge a least $150 for 5 mins!!😄😄😄😂😂😂😂😉
That's Crazy use a vacuum take the water from tab first!!🤯🤯🤯😎👍👍
When the water in the tub starts draining, he will know he has cleared the clog!.,
@@steelman86 🪐🪐😎👍😷
Then again, there’s another idiot that doesn’t let you see or explain what parts go first!!!!
nope
Speed means nothing. This guy is a joe, not a pro. Hack work. A Liability. Everything from using channel locks, even if they are smooth. You use a spud wrench for this procedure. you get a "false tighten" with channels. Would never make it on my crew. Sincerely, a REAL Licensed Plumber.
Hopefully those are smooth jawed channel locks
wow thats it???!!!
Excelente demostración
El mío no sale nada de agua tienen llave de paso?? Y donde podría estar
Thank you for making this video. Today I really needed it
Perfect ! Fast ! And without so much roll !!! 👍
Yup but some times is not that easy🎃🎃🎃🎃
Great unit. Easy installation•ᴥ•>allmy.tips/TOTO-Tseat?cc> The included T-adapter fits between the supply line and the plastic inlet on the underside of the toilet tank. Piece of cake. No "metirc" or other fitment issues. No plumber or MacGyver necessary. The C100 seems to be the successor to the B100 as the entry-level unit. Similar form factor but adds a few features. You will be glad you got it every day. Sometimes more than once a day. You will tell your friends. You will miss it when you travel. Life before will seem barbaric.
Easier to loosen the stop coupling and turn the flushometer out of the why for replacing the vacuum breaker than down by the spud.
what I was thinking lol.
@@kjc1878 Me too-Never seen the entire flushometer manhandled out of the way. John in Texas

Didnt show spud install most pain part
I would have fired your ass on the spot using channel locks on chrome. You should take your phone number off of the title. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!! BTW you not wearing gloves is fucking gross, you don't know who shit or piss there and you probably had lunch right after that.
I can't catch my breath
do you not talk tell me what you are doing
Shut up and learn!!😎👍
Thanks for posting. Fuck all the haters.
Channel locks make the customer happy! :)
Did the trick buy pretty lazy... If you saved the customer money great but do a true rebuild including spud and ALL gaskets.
Wow that's cool
¡Qué rápido!
When do you use 1.6 or 3.5 gpf diaphrams to repair toilets?
Every toilet/urinal as the gpf either on the base of the bowl or under bowl usually a sticker. Sloan makes multiple repair kits.
Would of been nice to have some talk thru and show what was being done with the part name.
Geez listen to this dude breathe
Thank you for saving me $500 and everyone else out there who does not know the deal.
Just a suggestion...GLOVES!!!Come on bro, iys a toilet for crying out loud! Not only does in look unperfesional, but more importantly for your own health bro! And one last tip if i may,, you shouldn't use any tool that will marr or damage the crome finish, sloan sells a tool, but if dont wanna pay for that "because its not cheap" use locks without teeth, they even have rubber pieces that fit on the ends that is made for such. Or a big cressent, 15' or larger. But honestly no hate . Good job and yhanks for the vid
Gabriel K first rule of plumbing is dont chew finger nails
All I saw was a big hairy arm?..suggest you look at how to set up a video camera in 5 mins.
Thank You!
What were the parts’ numbers that were used?
Why even take the tailpiece out? If you ain't doing the spud leave it in
The Age of The Awakening to install vacuum breaker. Now you are “woke”
I should do a video showing Him how to do it. First, you fixing a nasty ass public urinalysis with no gloves. Second, take the whole body off and replace the handle diaphragm and vac breaker in one shot. While you are at it,may as well shut off the whole room and do the stop valve since most of them never work. I coulda been done with this and he's only at the halfway mark. Cmon man
stop complaining n watch the video
Use smooth jaw pliers so you don't scratch the chrome
The Age of The Awakening ihjeyqyjaggatetegsgwtetwgwdhejwmsksjejj$*$,#&3&gowuq#ghghkucjnjjuhjooeuwu
Fuck the chrome! Shouldn’t have broken! Fuckin urinal!
Can I install one of these toilets if I have a 1/2 inch supply?
Flushometers require a 1" supply
I would say “depends”. I have a urinal in my shop restroom with one of these Sloan valves on it and it is fed with a 1/2” line. Been working fine for years now. A toilet might be a different story, however.
can anyone advise me we have an issue with our commercial valve water doesn't go away the plum er said that we need one inch and a quarter line the actual size is one inch
if you push on the handle and water doesn't come out remove the handle different places and then it finally flushes
too bad he used channel locks on a finished fixture....
Tan Tan what tool should he have used?
Nick C A toothless spud wrench, as not to scratch the chrome.
Exactly what i was thinking. It’s ok to use channel locks, but need to use smooth channel locks.
And um GLoVES ???really no GLoVES??? I hope he dont have to learn the hard way
MADGUNS FOREVER™ that’s what all the other videos have shown too.

I've never seen anybody fix a toilet that fast in my life.
Wow!!! You fixed that toilet flushometer with lightning speed
