Thank you for sharing.

Do I need to add some oil to the oil filter before reinstalling it?
@@Quang-pham since our oil filter is positioned almost upside down, adding oil to it is not applicable as it will spill.

@@marklesterdoria1904 no po.

Lazada or Shopee sir madami, pati yung tool for removing the L-ring. Yes bundle sya ng fuel flange, included ang o-rings and clips. Not included yung reservoir cup.
@@tripnaminphnice thanks overdue na ang filter ko
Dear Sir, thank you for your excellent instructional video. It is very helpful becase I need to replace my 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage sparkplugs and it will be similar. My car is 24 years old, and parts for 1.5L are sometimes extinct. I wonder if I could use 1.8L valve tube seals for my 1.5L car if they are the same. There must be something that fits, there are so many MIrage's still around.
Hello, thank you for appreciating my video! As for your quest to search for 2000 Mirage parts, know that it has many names, the most popular of which is the Lancer. I think you can find many parts online because based on you car model, the engine name should be 4G15 which is quite popular and been used on other car models as well. The 1.8L is 4G93 which is very different from 4G15 so I doubt if parts are cross-compatible. That said, I suggest you should refer by the engine name when looking for parts. If you could take out the part and bring it to your local shop, they should be able to provide an exact replacement. Good luck and Godbless!
@@tripnaminph Thank you very much!

My suggestion is to 1st loosen oil fill cap, 2nd take out oil drain plug, 3rd put drain plug back in, 4th take off oil filter, 5th put new filter(oil gasket), 6th remove oil fill cap, 7th fill with correct amount of oil, 8th put oil fill cap back on, 9th warm engine and check oil level. Good luck!
From alabang how to get to SM Novaliches
Take the Skyway then Skyway Stage 3, then go straight to NLEX Balintawak toll plaza, then exit to Mindanao Smart connect going to Novaliches. At the intersection of Mindanao Ave and Quirino Ave, take the tunnel. Then take the first u-turn after the tunnel. Then stay at the right lane going to Quirino Ave. Turn right to Quirino Ave then you'll reach SM Nova.
Nice!
Thank you, well footage- peace out! Trip. ;)
I'm just an amateur 😅 but thank you!
Um. You’re not supposed to clean the drain plug or oil fill cap. You can just put them back on how they are, you forgot to replace the crush washer and I’m sorry but you’re stupid.

Hi sir sorry for the late reply. Torque Wrench and/or breaker bar ay optional.
Global Rom po ba to?
You forgot to change the crush washer on the oil plug. This should be done every oil change to prevent leakage.
I totally agree, but in my case I did it on purpose - the washer is stuck to the plug. I figure if I forcefully remove the washer, I could put a dent on the plug, which could increase the chance of leakage. So until I find a cheaper plug (unreasonably expensive at the dealership), I'll retain the washer. There's been no leaks for 8 years so I think I'm good.
I've had mine for 8 years now (2015 model) and have never changed the crush washer. Snug the drain bolt and you'll be fine. No need to get crazy with it.
Hey, my friend. I LOVE IT the old "BOX-N-BAG" style catch can. I've changed oil countless times this way and because it's in a bag you can get it into a container for disposal easier. This works extremely effective if you double bag it. NICE
I actually got the idea from the time when I was a McDonald's crew - we transfer the grease from the grease trap into doubled garbage bags. But usually when I am changing oil at my mom's house where we have a bigger garage, I use my dedicated catch basin.
@@tripnaminph Yeah, I hear that. I actually used to work at a DQ. I keep the container the new fryer oil comes in, for used engine oil. Awesome sauce
what is that estabilizer bar for? i know the name may sound of something, but not so sure what it meas or for what is that used? I have the same car, and it has some strange vibration more over the right side. Just replaced right and left engine mounts, and stills wiggle a lot more than it should. Any advise?
Stabilizer bar reduces body roll during cornering. That is because the body of most unibody cars is not very rigid - the part that holds the wheels through the struts (coil spring + shock absorber) flexes during cornering. The upper stabilizer bar in particular will absorb the energy from one wheel and transfer it to the other wheel to counter the undesired flexing. This undesired flexing is what causes the body roll.
As for the vibration - it can be difficult to pinpoint what that is without me inspecting your car in person. There can be numerous kinds of vibration caused by numerous factors. But since you changed your mounts, then I pressume that you are sure that it is the engine. Then you might want to consider these (in order of difficulty): 1. Grade of oil: recommended is 0W-20. This is a thin oil recommended for eco engines. 2. Air intake is not obstructed 3. Fuel - make sure you get your fuel from reliable stations (i.e. no water added, correct octane rating) try 95RON instead of the minimum allowed which is 91. 4. Inspect Spark Plugs and Ignition Coils - if at least 1 of these is defective, it will cause vibrations. 5. Alternator - while running, this will supply the electricity to #4. If not enough electricity is generated, then #4 will be affected. 6. Compression - check the pressure in your cylinders. Maybe one of the three is having loose compression. 7. Timing - this is unlikely since 3A92 engine uses timing chain, but this can be the worse case problem.
@@tripnaminph ty bro! Will check on those.
Yes. Even copper. Iridium yun stock kasi pang matagalan ang iridium. Pero in terms of performance, copper ang the best. Gitna ang platinum. As long as same ang sukat, ok lang. So kung imamaintain mo nag iridium, still inspect every 25,000km.
Ilan Ang odometer para mag check Ng SP? New owner Ako Ng Multi Cab Salamat@@tripnaminph

good day, kamusta performance ng Hi-Q na pads at rotor disc. Salamat more power
So naniniwala ako na wala sa brand (except of course un mga fake at super low-cost), kundi sa proper installation at maintenance nakadepende.
wow great!
