my guess for ordering: rapport ice breakers <- optional pressentation closing hangups: salesman bad experiances disfunctional programs prejudices too good to be true pyramid what is the catch good workshop. F stands for? FUUUUUUUUUU "gameplay" there is no F in gameplay. "what can you learn about family in 5 secconds" i presume i'm just aliasing things wrong, and f is family. O stands for? outstanding? "occupation"... creepy R stands for? respect. sock it to me sock it to me. "recreation" creepy M stands for? donuts. mmm donuts. "message" weird. wait i'm mixing that up with massage. my method of building rapport: notice comment/question engage notice something about the other person. at face level notice what they are wearing, but potentially at a deeper level notice how they are wearing it. then bring it up in a way which entices a response. "is that a [thing]?" or "always wanted to buy an Italian fitted suit, how is yours working out for you?" or "what is on your mind, seems troublesome?" lastly take whatever their response is, and engage with it completely. if you dont understand something repeat what is difficult without making it a question. since the problems are the other party's ask what they have tried sofar, even if you have a solution for the problem. to propose a solution before the constant is ready makes them feel stupid and sometimes humiliated. speaker's view: 'signal that you are of the same world.' might work. i doubt it would be better than being a method for them to attain the actualization or realization of their goal. 'talk about the weather' :x if you aren't a farmer or sailor don't talk about the weather. also mirroring is better than ethical observations. ethical comments which come from cultural modes are as pigfooted as politics, you just don't know you are making that mistake. it is better to talk about place in the weather than the weather; just go all in. in that case you are trying to project empathy. still, saying "days like this just make me want to lay in a field" makes you have charisma and rapport, though it also makes you look like an idiot. saying "this sure is a day we are having" only makes you look like an idiot. 'say multiple things in a row which they aggree with' that is a great way to accidentally threaten someone. "i sure like having a family. have you heard about the best wiggit company in the universe?" 'if you want to be trusted smile' old meta. people who smile when they look at you, want something from you. 'four word sequence to disable the sale alarm' finally my bankrobbing carreer can start. "i'm just curious" :x "i just found out" "you make them buy in before the pressentation" since you just went over the "how" thing i don't want to say how... but how? how do you side step needs-assessment without being a conman? you identify a need, then say "would you be interested in [style of resolution]?" and your presentation is over. do you have some multi-sentence concept of a presentation? do you have a fun joke to say "it puts the credit card information on the line. or it doesn't get the goods in time"?
