Turn on AUTOSTRUT- Set to (HEAVIEST PART) right click on everything u build, look for Autostrut. As u build, change Autostrut to heaviest part. Nothing will sway or fumble after launch 👍. It's just so terrible seeing a floppy rocket 🚀 lol.

Try a delay between separating and igniting main engine to allow the boosters to separate more. Or moving them down further so the bottom of them almost instantly clears your main engine. But yeah, this stuff happens all the time to me too.

I once detached the ascent stage, then i started a burn after a full orbit, and I hit my ascent stage.
