Having seen the inflation test, I would strongly recommend using helium as a filling agent as it's smaller than oxygen and nitrogen to detect leaks and use a 400' tether with or without multi colored flags in an outdoor environment such as a car lot to incorporate UV sunlight exposure for a more "real world" test environment to ensure maximum safety.
