We are Moving
Can’t wait to make many more memories with you! Blessed to be able to call you my wife, you make me a better man!
8 Months ago we packed up our things and moved from Colorado to Texas so my wife could pursue her dream job. We bought our first house and have created a ton of amazing memories! I remember feeling excited for my wife to be able to pursue her dream job, but at the same time very unsure where my career would take me. I took a pay cut and felt like I was stuck. This uncertainty and instability at my work was the best thing that could have happened to me. It lit a fire under me and caused me to grow and develop in ways I never thought possible. 8 months ago I was making $39,000 a year, and after 8 months of growth I’ve landed my first 6 figure job! It going to be a ton of work and stress but I’m excited for this next step and am ready to keep getting out of my comfort zone and keep growing and developing in my career! My wife is returning the favor and she is supporting my dream and goals! We are moving to Tennessee!

Nice abs bro
Thanks for the advice brother. Had this pain for a year. Only had xray but the doctor says try therapy but looks like he suspected a labrum tear and playing sports basketball or lifting irritates the shoulder or sleeping wrong on it. I think it's time I get the surgery. Thanks for your video.
Good job!!
this whole video is just a stretch of your imagination my own skull looks like it has a ball growing out of it some skulls are just fucked up i also have a massive bony eyebrow
Cant w8 to make my own video. Getting a shoulder dislocated or a torn labrum is easy. Getting a mri easy. Getting surgeons opinion easy. Surgery easy. First week post surgery difficult. Next few months post surgery enduring now. Hopefully ill get back to normal. Since i have to rest most of the time im bored i started using youtube. Facebook. Instagram and twitter. I still dont understand instagram and twitter though. Its a fun story.
Really good, that's my goal 👍
Im also 2 months post surgery with remplissage
❤️🔥
Great video!! great gob!! I had labrum tear for abot 4 months, anterior and superior labrum. Slap or bankart Lesion. Didn't have surgery yet.. But maybe in the near future.. How's your shoulder right now? Back to 100%? Thanks.
Thanks for posting this, I have a bony bankart labrum tear and have been living with it for two years, did a lot of physical therapy and got range of motion but still constantly feel that bone fracture pain whenever I do push ups or heavy dumbbells, it makes night hard to sleep. I’m deciding to get the surgery but was yours truly worth it? It’s something that haunts me but makes me want to progress in life with no restrictions. Thanks for your time to read this and the motivating videos.
For me it definitely was…how fast you recover and how well it works will depend on your age and doctor
@@milehighmuscle1451 the doctor I’m going to is sports shoulder specialist with 30 years plus so I’m having good faith, my end goal is hopefully getting less clicks in the shoulder and confidence to do 25-20 pulls and 50 push ups with no pain again. Also just curious, did your doc tell you as well without surgery you could build shoulder arthritis quicker because of floating fracture? And thanks I’ll look into your labrum program plans 🤜🏻🤛🏻
@@milehighmuscle1451 also I’m about to be 32 in June, when I got first injured it took me a year and 3 months, didn’t know how to heal properly and was smoking weed with energy drinks causing more inflammation in the body. Hope this round will be 6-8 months.
god bless you
Hell ya dude congrats! I’ll be making my mp debut in 9 weeks at the mile high showdown this video makes me so much more motivated 💯
Let’s goooo! Give me a follow on instagram and I’ll follow you back and will be cheering you on!
@@milehighmuscle1451 thanks brotha gave you a follow! That bulk is going crazy looking huuuge 😂💪🏽
Have you reviewed ghost butter butter protein powder?
Disc golfer here. Just had mine done 15 days ago. Living that sling life at the moment. Seeing your progress and mobility shortly after getting out of the sling gives me great hope. Thanks for sharing!
are you natural?
Can I still use this while cutting ?
I did a arthroscopic in my shoulder (hagl) the cut was from 1 to 5 o'clock. can i practice a mix martial arts again (mma) after the physical therapy ?
Tore my labrum severely and stretched my joint fluid capsule out, cause my arm has been dangling out of the socket for over a month. I thought i would never get back into bodybuilding again, this video gives me hope. Just waiting on U of M to see me and operate!!!!
how tall and how much do you weigh?
Hi bro. How did you train your lats before surgery? Since latpulldowns and pulll ups are exercices that require hands to be above your head.
I did but barely it was hard
Insane comeback bro. Btw how did you tore your labrum? Was it from a dislocated shoulder? and did you continue working out with a thorn labrum? I dislocated my shoulder 2 weeks ago twice attempting a muscle up. Now im not sure if i would ever be able to do weighted pull ups or weighted dips anymore.
Playing basketball it popped out when I went for a rebound
Looking back and reflecting. I still appreciate your video man ‘ i was down low now im on my journey doing Jujitsu, weight lifting. After surgery got to 124lbs now post op im 147 lbs leaner and lifting weight its an emotional ❤ path now happy that i see the light! Thank you homie ❤❤ road to add more weight like you did crazy its almost 3 years since my labrum repair ! Blessings hope all is great with you
Thanks for the follow up glad your doing well!
Dude 2 months in sling and then you had such a good range of motion. That is strange. For me 5 weeks in sling and a lot of PT after one month but no range of motion like that!!!
What do you mean those guys are all natty
dope video, but are you natural? that makes me consider your opinion or not.
During my recovery when this video was made yes 100% natty…2 years after my recovery no
Appreciate u bro needed to hear this💯
Lmao at that bench, max width, butt lifted completely off the seat
Awesome! Just a reminder that it’s super important to continue to strengthen your rotator cuff muscles for the rest of your life if you deal with instability. Putting big muscle on top is sick but don’t forget about the the little stabilizer guys! Remember too that building up big muscle can cause imbalance which may be the cause of your instability in the first place, especially if focused on power lifting. Keep your pecs/lats stretched and continue to work your rotator cuff muscles just as much as anything else :) Just my opinion if anyone cares LOL 😎
This s sim citruline malat ????❤
What type of labrum tear did you have? How severe was it?
You got muscles that enables you to chew! On your head! 😊
I just came across this today. I’ll be entering my first competition at age 60 and thank you very much for posting this helpful video! 💪
SO CUTE, SO LOVELY, SO BEAUTIFUL....
Found your channel from your old labrum surgery video. Just a heads up, the way you unracked this is how I tore my labrum lol. With only 1 plate too. I’ve done it a million times with no issue but only takes one ya know
❤
Bro you did surgery after first dislocation or you wait for more ?? ......i suffered my second dislocation recently still not planning for surgery since i gain good muscle mass 😢
Do you have popping and clicking brother ?
love from India brother! 2.5 weeks post bankart repair, had 1 dislocation and within 15 days I got my surgery done to avoid further dislocations and lead an active lifestyle. your video really helps, I hope to achieve the muscle strength back in due time. Just wanted to know if you have your entire range of motion of shoulder back to pre operative level. Can you swim, rotate your arm 100% etc? i look forward to hearing from you! cheers!!
Awesome wish you a speedy recovery! Yeah I am 100% recovered I can do muscle ups, bench over 400 lbs etc so my shoulder is doing awesome

😂😂😂
Thanks brother! Im 3 months inn myself ! I losing my mind being out of that gym ahhhhhh!
Yea i was gonna ask your bench press is insane! Do you have videos on how you were able to achieve that for your bodyweight? Especially since you had a labrum tear? When did you get back to work on your bench press from that?
Yeah I just got a labrum tear from surfboarding, just hit a 385lb bench at 170lbs bodyweight before my fall too. Would love to hear an update on how he recovered. I'll be doing the surgery too!
Sick physique bro! I was just wondering, how long did it take you to get so play sports like basketball after your Labrun surgery? Thanks!
Like 6 months 👊
At least he is there to look out for you.
Hey man thank you for making this video. I recently tore my labrum in both my right and left shoulders. Lifting is something that saved my life and I feel like all the muscle and strength Ive worked so hard for is slipping away and theres nothing I can do about it. Its nice to see that other people have gone through the same thing and that it is possible to recover better and stronger
You got this bro 👊
sup bro, same thing happened to me, I tore both my labrums. we’ll get through it though and come back better 💯
Good for lower back strengthening?
