FTdx10 'ttbf' mode is enable with firmware v01.11
FTdx10 'ttbf' mode enable
1. Make sure power is off.
2. Find the DNR+ MODE
3. Push and hold DNR+ MODE buttons in while powering the radio via the "ON/OFF" switch.
4.see that "TTBF" has replaced 50-3050
5.If you wish to go back to 50-3050 just do steps 1to 4.

This apparently works in Main: v01-10 firmware as well.
It has been proven that running a DVI-D cable to an HDMI adapter is dangerous to the DVI board in the Yaesu FTDX10 or FTDX101. It may work for awhile but there are MANY MANY accounts of failures eventually. Sending a rig to Yaesu and waiting for it to be repaired can be LONG and no one wants that. Do yourselves a favor: get a dedicated DVI-D monitor.
Hardware solutions, especially a video monitor, are obsolete in a shack, to only display the copy of the Yaesu screen without providing any new information. This solution is much better, we recover the computer image of the screen. We could even retransmit it remotely via the Internet.
Do you know if this USB capture card outputs the 5v on the HDMI port, (eventually) killing the fuse in the video out board of the FTDX10? How long have you been using this solution for?
How do u have Ftdx10 running with log4om? Been trying and can’t get to connect. Can u make video showing how? Thank u. 73’s

Some people are having problems with the DVI port on ftdx10 and ftdx101 failing when connecting to non dvi monitors ie via a dvi to hdmi i guess yours is still going fine so perhaps that is the way to go from now on.. good video by the way
I have been seeing a lot about this as well recently. Basically the DVI board can't handle being converted to HDMI and it burns out the board eventually.
This guy is going to get a shock soon when his Radio fails, works for a while, Good luck to him, I an going the Dvi d to Dvi d Direction, playing the Safety Card.
How can you enable the mouse to work on display?
We know this, first show NG7M.
That's a pretty good idea. Would allow me to get another monitor off the desk and save some space.
