I'm so glad that Komori-Kun has adopted Chibi-Chibi!! I guess he wouldn't have made it without him as an 'adoptive father', so this makes me really happy!! The babies are all very cute, as always! Baby season is my favorite time of the year at Jigokudani. It looks like there were plenty of apples to make every monkey happy that day!! I love this group they’re always hugging to keep warm and the way they sit with their hands resting on their knees.

Quite different Japan monkeys v Cambodia etc.... Japan babies can lay hug with male monkey even carrying them; protective . What i see in Cambodia..babies stay with the mother. Male monkeys abuse babies and..I've seen mother does same yet agin different troop i suppose. Even more sex ... lots! Quite sad really as pregnancy just about every year and baby toddlers hug close to the mother Hmmm..Japan...i definitely see Babies protected by Male&mum monkeys and stay close together xox
