The Matcha you mentioned that has been very popular, Marukyu Koyamaen, I recently bought it. I was very surprised how bright vibrant green it was, but very weak in flavor. I love my Matcha to be ceremonial grade with a nice strong Matcha flavor. From your personal experience, what would you recommend that I would enjoy? I’ve also recently been trying a variety of different brands.
i love a good matcha that has strong matcha flavor too. from the ones ive tried so far i would recommend: junbi matcha & rockys matcha ceremonial grade or oishi blend. i also heard that Yugen, Wako and Unkaku from MK have strong matcha flavor. it's just hard to find it since it's always out of stock.

Matcha is definitely my favorite. I drink organic ceremonial Matcha each and every day at home. The milk I use is Bonsoy. It’s a Japanese Soy milk. My sweetener of choice is always a good quality organic extra dark maple syrup. Really enjoy this video. Please more Matcha videos. I’ve just subscribed to your channel
When adding milk to Matcha, which you didn’t mention, one should not use dairy milk due to the fact something within dairy milk kills most of the goodness and health benefits of the Matcha. Also, the hot water used to whisk Matcha should not be more than 80° C or 176°F otherwise it burns the Matcha and also kills a lot of the health benefits.

Hi.. I like the oat but it has some ingredients that not good , sunflower oil which is seed oils. I used to buy oat milk but not anymore. I know it tastes better . Now I use almond milk or grass-fed dairy milk.

Same. I used to feel anxious when i was a heavy coffee drinker. Matcha has been so helpful with giving me energy and feeling good. I found 2-3 tsp of matcha a decent amount
