Definitely not your fault, the company probably uses different technology now for their universal pencil I have already contacted them for refund and to advise them that their new pencils don't work on ipad mini 4

I just bought an iPad mini 4 and it’s literally PERFECT except that it’s from Japan and I didn’t find out until I took a picture and it made a loud sound 😭😭 I was so confused because it was already in silent mode and nothing I did could turn the sound off. I looked up the model number and it’s from Japan 🫠🤣🤣 just my luck
