Hi there! I'd like to offer a bit of constructive criticism, just because I know what it's like to have this drive and passion, but not have a team behind what you want to create. I really wish there had been a proof of concept beyond showing people the models (not created by you) and a render for the thumbnail (presumably created by you or someone on your team). It's easy for anyone to say they want to make something in a certain style; however, I think that being able to show off that you not only understand how that style is achieved, but that you're capable of achieving it is important for anyone that would be interested in joining a project like this. As well, considering that it sounds like you want to assemble a team without a budget, you also have to consider what the incentive is for people to work on this, beyond just love for the series. Adding to a portfolio and exposure is nice and all, but at the end of it all, this isn't as simple as a reanimated collaboration project, where storyboards and vocal performances are already set in stone and available to use. A team is going to have to work closely together so that everything is consistent tonally and visually. As well, people who finance projects like this are typically able to hire people to direct different teams. Is that something you'd be in charge of? Are there deadlines that you expect people to deliver by? How many people are you looking for exactly? You show Sonic and Shadow, but are they the only characters you can audition for? It just seems like there's a severe lack information, particularly for a casting call. As well, it's nice that the invite is open to anyone, but given that you're going for something specific, it would be nice to know what exactly your expectations are for the quality of any applicant's work, just so people know what you're looking for beyond just "an animator". Are you looking for 3D generalists who can handle any kind of modeling? How about those that specialize in visual effects? When I see something like this, I always get excited and want to apply for voice work or something, but often get disillusioned because while the drive and passion are there, the technical knowhow and experience aren't, and things, more often than not, end up falling through for these very reasons. I speak from experience, and not because I want to bum you out. I hope you can answer these questions, if not now, then at some point in the future. I wish you the best!
