Its expensive
I have 30 and 50 Dumbbells. I'm just using a ball. I don't have room in my living room for a bench. The one part I worried about was the chin up pull up bar. I have nowhere for one and honestly no where to put bands from. I haven't figured that part out yet.

Thank you for posting this. I am currently on week 2 of the program and doing Plan A. I was thinking about switching to Plan B for the last 30 Days but I may bite the bullet and switch now. I am not really feeling hungry or deprived on plan A, I just worry that I am not eating enough to build the muscle I'm looking to build. It was great to see that someone around my size/weight I'm 5'9 and 144 ish lbs did Plan B and still lost weight and gained muscle. So thanks again!!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I will be starting Hammer & Chisel in a few weeks...and staying in the lowest bracket that I am in for 21 day fix, just seemed weird to me! From what I've seen the H&C workouts are much more intense and I think the extra food is the extra nutrition and fuel that the body is going to need to get through them!!!!! :) I'm going to go with plan B when I start!

Does the bench need to be adjustable, or can it be a flat bench? And if it needs to be adjustable, is the 60° increment required, or would 45° get the job done?
I don't have a bench or a ball. Can I still modify some of these exercises? I'm excited to order tomorrow
+kaboom989 I really think you need either one. To do a chest press, you need to be able to lay on something and I do NOT recommend your coffee table! :)
Love your space but I would Highly recommend Power Blocks over the bowflex... mine go from 5-90lbs in 2.5lb increments. I do really like your bench over mine for sure =D

Your hair is really cute long, but you can tell the way you have it to the side, that you could definilty ROCK the short style too. So pretty!
