If you goto the white tab> very top it says 100% white under any colored pixel.

I had something similar happen with my colors looking off completely. It wound up being my actual program just not working anymore. I have to try a new program or upgrade the one I'm currently using. Make sure you have all your colors filled.

O no! For just the blue to stop, make sure it's not low on ink, or clogged.

@DiannWilliamson i had this problem, switch the magenta and cyan dampers, so 2 powerful head cleanings and try again. Just make sure to remember they're switched. My orginal cyan slot doesn't clean very well, idk why.

When did yours stop working? I haven't done an updated video yet but I plan to, mine also stopped printing properly on it. When I tried Cadlink it printed fine but I couldn't understand how to upload my ICC profile for Cadlink so my colors were way off. I now, at the moment, outsource my designs. Id like to stick with Acro Rip for it is easiest to use in my opinion. Not sure yet what I'm going to do

Regardless of if it was used or not, you can always pull ink thru tubes but if it hasn't printed once yet then there might not be waste ink to pull. I wish I could physically see what your doing. Maybe email me over videos and I'll see if I can help but can't guarantee it. My email is in my info of this video.

​@SenZationalDesignsCreations thank you I got help via what's app she did it remotely...only thing is I want more white in in the back...everything prints great so glad I invested.

It has a circulator but if I don't shake it, it doesn't work for me 😔. I've done head cleanings where no shaking was involved and the white wouldn't show until I did my shake 🤷🏻‍♂️

Unfortunately no. This is only an A3 printer, not A3+. So 13" is too wide.

I can use 13x19 paper, but unsure if a roll feeder can be added. They do sell one that is a roll feeder that I wish I had gotten. I do plan to purchase a roll feeder and give it a try.

I have heard this before. The only thing that I heard and see a lot with the converted 8550s is the film doesn't tend to take so people have to lay down a piece of masking tape across the film. Where with this printer I don't have to do that so I don't know how they fixed it so that these printers can take the film all the time properly.

This is the A3 version not A3+. So I can print as long and wide as 12". What do you mean you can't get it to print? See if I can help you out at all.

Hi there! Thanks for watching and supporting! Your pressure is a big one usually. What time and temp are you using? Hot or cold peels? Did you powder and cure it properly to make the entire image to look like a orange peel after? What exactly is happening? Your pressing and peeling immediately and nothing is sticking or do you wait for it to cool and it's still not sticking? I had "hot" peel film and it didn't work hot, so I just let it cool and then peel and it works. I have the heat press though that's automatic pressure so I don't have to worry about my pressure. I believe it should be medium pressure though. Look forward to hearing back and hopefully being able to help!

I left a bad review on Amazon for the machine (after making this video) bc of an issue I was having and the lack of help receiving and they got back to me immediately. Sent me all the parts I needed to replace for free and videos on how to replace them. Have you tried that yet? What is wrong with your machine?

The humidity is in the low 30s (32-34) typically.

Awesome! Welcome to the DTF family! Glad to hear they changed the ink door style to avoid kinks. I'll be posting a video soon with what to do if your printer stops printing white all together (happened to me the other day and was insanely scary for this is my business). Stay tuned!

@SenZationalDesignsCreations honestly the new design is worse. The white has a power cord to the mixer that's as short as can be. So it's hard to take the bottle out and shake it, plus you can't see inside very well and makes it terrible to clean. Id prefer your door setup.

Hi there! No, bc you need 2 USB port hookups to run the printer and the rip software. If you bought the connector that I had for my laptop and connected it to your tablet via charging port you could see if that works. Tablet would also need to be Windows based. Doesn't hurt to try with what I suggested but just be prepared if it doesn't work you would need a laptop at that point (or computer). Hope this helps!
