@@everbita1723 you would do one or the other. 'Remesh by union' if the geometry intersects where you want the join and no where else. Intersection masker and bridge if your geometry intersects at multiple points but you only wish to have it join in a specific area.

I can tell you. Intersection masker will give you a mask at every point the model is intersecting. As we only need specific areas you can simply paint away the mask where you don't want it OR you can poly-group all the masked areas it provides then deselect the ones you don't want and delete the ones where you need to bridge. Bridge the holes you have using zmodeller then run zremesher at the end to clean it all up. Because intersection masker is only providing a mask it doesn't matter if it give you a mask in areas you don't want (eg fingers touching the hand) because you can remove those parts at whichever stage suits you best. Hope that helps, try doing the process on something simple at first as that will probably help you get the idea of it

@@PeteSculptsStuff When you started to smooth the holes, I noticed that you had a fairly dense topology, did I see wrong or did you activate sculptris pro?

@@lordferdinand85 Yep I smoothed out the bridging between the holes just using this standard smooth brush. Then I run zremesher. There is no need to use sculptris pro. The main part you want to get to is running zremesher. It will clean up your geo without merging intersecting areas, hence why we bridge the sections we need to be merged
